Pros:

スタッフの対応も迅速でとても親切な対応でした。

Cons:

特にないですが、強いていえば、ドリンクがサービスでしたが、朝は温かいもののみだったので、朝も冷たい飲み物をいただけるともっと良かったです。

お値打ちありがとう
Pros:

とてもリーズナブルにディズニーの旅行ができた。
Pros:

朝食なしのプランだったので朝食はなし。6人で２部屋とったがとてもリーズナブルに泊まれた。目の前にコンビニがあるのので買い物は楽であった。シャトルバスのも限られた数であったが便利であった。喫煙所が一階にしかなかったので各階にあればいいとおもった。値段はとても満足でした。

バスの運転手の説明が悪く、非常に不愉快な思いをした。
Cons:

ディズニーの帰りにシャトルバスを利用して向かおうとしました。かなり待った後にラストの2台がほぼ同時に来ました。
私たちは1台目が混み合っていたため、2台目を待とうと少し後ろに下がっていたのですが（子供もいたため）、駆け込みのグループがやってきて、1台目に乗れないので2台目の先頭乗車のプラカードを受け取り、私たちの前に並び始めました。

バスの運転手は何の説明もなくかなりの時間を待っていた客より、ギリギリに来たグループの客を先頭に並ばせました。その件で先に並んでいた旨を話しても、配慮することなく、後ろに並び直すように言われました。

ディズニーで子供の気持ちも上がっていたのに、非常に悲しく、不愉快な思いになりました。
折角ホテルの雰囲気はディズニーの雰囲気を壊さずに作られているのに、スタッフについてはホテルマンとは思えない対応でした。
