Loved the pool but the room is too small
Pros:

i loved the location and the pool area is divine

Cons:

The tightness of the space. the room is too small.

Receptionists needs a little more training.

The sounds/ conversations from the next room can be heard in our room.

Toilet and shower area is a very small.

Okay-ish
Pros:

The location was perfect. It was in the middle of Makati and close to the malls.

Cons:

The rooms we're okay to begin with. However at one point in the evening since the bathroom is not a fully closed room but a glass partition, there was a lingering smell of the toilet. That started late in the evening till the morning.

Not good.
Cons:

The air conditioning unit struggled to keep the room cool. Thermostat showed 26 degrees. The a/c tech said this was normal since the sensor was near the room door.
I also did not receive reimbursement for the 1000 pesos deposit. I called and sent messages and email but no response.

Very nice clean rooms in a great location.
Pros:

My wife and I have stayed here many times in the past year and a half. We love the location and it's always a nice and clean room with friendly staff. If you're a foreigner, like myself, and you're used to rooms with a bit more space, these are a little tight. Mainly around the bed. But it's fairly common here. The price is very fair here on Booking.com. If you would like a really nice place with more space, Seda Residences is like 2 blocks away. But you'll pay 3-4 times the price there. The Mini Suites are a great value in that regard.

Cons:

The only 2 things we don't like are that the rooms are not quiet when it comes to your neighbors. You can hear people in the rooms next to you even when they aren't being loud. And if they are loud? Well I've had to let neighbors know a couple times that they were loud by. The second thing is that the water in the showers tends to fluctuate between hot/warm and cold/cool no matter what setting you put it on or what room you're in. With the exception of 1 room that I can think of. Only 1 room so far didn't have this issue.

Comfortable and close to airport
Pros:

Good location, the area felt safe, 15 min drive to airport

Cons:

Tv remote and tv not working, I think batteries were dead in the remote
It is a mini room so space is tight, you wouldn’t want to have multiple luggage in the room or else walking around would be difficult

Für einen kurzen Stop in Manila wirklich gut.
Pros:

Saubere Zimmer. Das Bett war bequem. Ich habe mich bewusst für das größere Zimmer entschieden, da ich gelesen hatte dass die kleinen Zimmer doch wirklich „mini“ seien.
Die Lage ist top. Sehr sauber, vieles fußläufig erreichbar und vor allem habe ich mich in der Umgebung als allein reisende Frau sehr sicher gefühlt. Das Personal war höflich.

Cons:

Das Zimmer roch leicht modrig. Das ist jedoch in Asien häufiger der Fall.
Ich hatte das Zimmer zu einem reduzierten Preis erhalten, weil ich relativ kurzfristig gebucht habe. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis zum vollen Preis hätte ich jedoch nicht ausgewogen empfunden.
