Pros:

The staff were friendly and accomodative. The room, bathroom and the common areas were clean and neat.

The location.
The hotel is in a narrow bylane. Though just few meters away from the main LB S road, the stretch n surroundings are unhygienic. There is sewage smell once you step out and the lane is super crowded.

I made a good choice in staying here
Pros:

The room was good value for a safe place to stay for a single female near the airport. The staff were always very helpful. It's an easy walk to Phoenix Mall.
The shower was great.

Cons:

The room initially smelt a bit musty but this seems to be common in India.
