NOT A FOUR STAR HOTEL!

Cons:

The headboards were soiled and the outlets did not function for recharging devices or not at all! No working refrigerator -they to reconnect refrigerator and desk lamp to other outlets to function. Microwave placed on the dresser unplugged and housekeeping moved the microwave only to find it that was inoperable- broken and dented! Was advised to come down 19 floors to use a microwave behind the reception desk! Impossible conditions! For 348.00 per night I expected more! As a senior traveler at age 72, I shouldn't have move any appliance with an obstructed of the TV and have to travel 19 floors just to have hotel tea. Room only offered Kureig coffee pods and I do not drink coffee!!
Booking.com did NOT advise I would NOT receive Hilton Member points because they ARE third party!!! Just awful! I will not book via Booking.com and will end my Hilton Honors membership!

It was clean and the staff was good

Cons:

We stayed on a weeknight so things I thought I was getting were not available until the weekend
I bought 8 breakfast buffets only to find it was not offered during the weekend. I also paid $18 to park thru the hotel and later found the garage only garages $13

Beautiful, clean hotel, friendly staff, close to everything. Norfolk is a beautiful city!
Pros:

It’s so close to everything. We didn’t move the car for 2 days, walked everywhere.

Cons:

A little pricey, but not too bad. It was a nice treat.

Pros:

I did not like anything; as I was unable to stay at the hotel. When I tried to check in, I was told that your hotel had a power outages at the same time I placed my reservation (around 4:30 pm on Friday, 7/31/2026), and your system failed to produce a confirmation number of my reservation. And, there were no rooms available.

I traveled 3 hours away, just to arrive at your hotel to learn that I did not have a reservation. I had to find another hotel. And, I had a guest with me, which would have been her first time experiencing you hotel.

Brunch at the grain
Pros:

Cheyenne was great at the grain at Hilton main thank you so much and her eyebrows are beautiful! Make sure everyone eyebrows look like Cheyenne!

Superbe emplacement et très bel hôtel mais de belles fausses notes également

J'ai beaucoup aimé l'emplacement. C'est en plein centre de Norfolk. Le lieu est très fréquenté. C'est très vivant. Il y a vraiment de superbes restaurants dans l'hôtel au rez-de-chaussée et au niveau du rooftop. Front de mer et beaucoup de choses à voir et à faire tout autour. L'hôtel est de très beau et offre des belles vues sur la ville et sur la mer

Cons:

Je n'ai pas apprécié le système de climatisation qui est vraiment bruyant. J'ai fait la remarque plusieurs fois mais visiblement c'est comme ça et ça ne peut pas changer. Il y a aussi le restaurant qui sert le petit-déjeuner qui n'est pas à la hauteur de l'hôtel, je trouve.
Il y a aussi des éclairages constants dans la chambre que l'on ne peut pas. Éteindre et qui font que l'on ne peut pas dormir dans le noir complet. Globalement l'éclairage n'est pas très cosy.
De plus la télévision offre les chaînes classique. Il n'y a pas Netflix ou prime vidéo. Il y a juste des vidéos à la demande qui sont excessivement chères
Globalement c'est très cher et je trouve que pour une prestation haut de gamme il y a des petits détails comme le petit-déjeuner et le bruit qui viennent gâcher l'expérience.
