They let me reserve a room on this bookings app, I got there nobody was at the front desk then when a person did come they said there were nomore rooms available so I didn’t get to stay there.
Nothing just a place to lay for the night
It was very dirty and outdated there was homeless people sleeping in abandoned cars out back in the parking lot. Holes everywhere that just had plaster thrown over them

Everything is nice and clean
The property was dirty The furniture looked like it came out of the garbage. When we arrived there was no one at the front desk. We waited 45 minutes for her to arrive. There was no furniture in the front lobby. She could not give us a key to the room. Therefore we were stuck in the room. When we went to check out again there was no one at the front desk. This placee should not even be open. It was disgusting. The floor in our room was dirty.

I am writing to formally request a refund for my stay at Extended Stay America Select Suites - Louisville - Airport on April 5 - April 6.
I booked this room at 11:00 PM and received no courtesy call, email, or text message regarding my check-in. When I arrived at the property after work, I was informed that I could not check in because I had been marked as a "no-call, no-show." This is inaccurate, as I had provided all necessary contact information during the booking process and received no outreach from the property.
I never had the opportunity to stay at the hotel, and I have been caught in a back-and-forth dispute between Booking.com and the property regarding my refund. I would appreciate it if you could resolve this matter and process my refund immediately.

The lady at reception the first day we arrived (Friday 1st May) was really nice and helpful and offered to take store our bags before check in, then luckily our room was ready so we could check in early
When we checked out on Saturday the 2nd May and was heading to the Kentucky Derby, the staff that day told us we couldn’t store our luggage for the day unless we booked another night. This felt a bit opportunist from the Saturday staff, as it was apparent the day before luggage could be stored. This led to us wasting the morning of the derby day finding somewhere to store our bags until we eventually found another hotel that was happy to store them for us.

Airplane sounds are terrifying and not allowing to sleep well. The facilities were really dirty. Sink was clogged. The shower was dirty too.
When you get to the property, you had to use the phone to call someone and then that person called the person that was supposed to be at the front desk and when I get to the room, it was like a jail room like the bed was on this metal frame unlike any Hotel I’ve been to. I didn’t even stay an hour I left. I couldn’t return my keys or talk to anyone because the lady was gone again. That was at the front desk the lock and shut it down for some odd reason, it was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had with booking.com

Room was shoddy. Walls were dirty and needed painting, toilet was wobbly. Dirt/ mold on wall by ac/ heat unit. Price was high.
