Pros:

Mooie en ruime kamer. Eventjes wandelen van het centrum maar op zich wel dichtbij. Wel redelijk gehorig met de weg die eronder rijdt.

Great location in the jungle hills. And the view we had from the Colibri cabin was nothing short of amazing! Worth every penny

Superbe eco-lodge en pleine nature
Pros:

L'accueil fabuleux, le surclassement dans un logement en pleine nature. Petit-déjeuner très correct. L'emplacement au milieu des arbres et des oiseaux (colibris). Pas très loin du centre (7min à pied).

Very relaxing hotel where you can enjoy nature and listen to the bird sounds from your balcony
Pros:

The balcony with the hammock in the middle of nature was the best! I really loved the privacy and the closeness to nature when being on the balcony. Also when being inside in the room you still felt very close to nature due to the windows only covered with mosquito nets.

Cons:

It’s a pity the restaurant only serves breakfast and was otherwise closed. Especially when it was raining heavily all day long, it would have been nice to have a restaurant close by. Otherwise you have to walk to the town centre

Pros:

Kind and attentive staff, especially Justin, who gave us an upgrade, answered all our questions and was friendly and informative.

We loved the bamboo houses - the construction is really fascinating, and the views of course are incredible. The rooms were spacious and clean and beds fitted mosquito nets. We had a hammock and spacious balcony, and outside furniture to enjoy the view.

Ecohabs is a short walk from the shops and restaurants in town, but far away enough to enjoy the peace of nature.

Very bad service.
Pros:

It is absolute stunning views from the room and a nice shower

Cons:

You have to be okay with bugs cause there is a lot even though there is a mosquito net. We wanted to do our laundry and we wanted to make sure it would be ready for us leaving the day after, so we asked the staff when it would be ready he said it would take 2-3 hours, which sounded perfect! After 5 hours we asked if it’s ready and he says it will be ready in the morning at 8am when we came at 10 am (the day we had to check out) he said it will be ready at 1pm which is after check out and we had to one pack and two catch a bus, so we end up getting our clothes still a bit wet and they ruined one pair of shorts and a bikini, we did not even get any discount from this.. very poor service. Also breakfast was very boring and if you dont like coffee, then too bad because they do not provide other drinks.

Rustic, charming, not for everyone
Pros:

Lovely situated against the hill, great birdlife, nice hammock on the balcony for relaxing. Close to town, 5-10 min walk. Helpful staff.

Cons:

Mozzies still attack in spite of fly screen and mozzie net, the electricity outage was very annoying, no Internet once the generator was turned off, bad water pressure in the shower, breakfast not recommendable. At night you hear the traffic from the road and even music from nearby houses

Schön gelegenes Hotel mit tollen Sonnenuntergängen
Pros:

Sehr schön gelegenes, nachhaltiges Hotel etwas ausserhalb von Minca. Die Zimmer haben eine wunderbare Aussicht in den Urwald und je nach Lage auch auf Santa Marta, das Meer mit wunderschönen Sonnenuntergängen. Das Personal ist hilfreich.

Cons:

Das Frühstück könnte man mit wenig Aufwand und Kosten verbessern, indem man Tee, Wasser und etwas Saft anbietet. Wir haben das bemängelt und am nächsten Tag gab es zumindest heisses Wasser und Saft.
