Stay at Novotel was nice. Food was very delicious. Mr Neajul assisted us at the restaurant and he was very humble and kind. He offered us excellent service. We were very satisfied and extremely happy with his warm service offered to us.

I would like to share my positive feedback regarding the housekeeping service provided by Poulami. I had a highly disappointing and frustrating experience at Novotel Lucknow last night for their dinner buffet. As a premium star-category hotel, you expect a certain standard of food and hospitality, but this visit was a complete waste of money.
The issues began right at the buffet counters:
Cold Food Across the Board. From the soups to the main courses, the entire buffet layout was cold. The hot and sour chicken soup was completely les salted, the starters were cold, and the crumb-fried fish was entirely tasteless devoid of salt or herbs. The chicken pieces were overcooked, cold, and incredibly chewy.
Severe Lack of Non-Veg Options, as a non-vegetarian, I found the options incredibly limited. There was not a single non-vegetarian gravy dish on the buffet to pair with Naan. When I brought this to the server's attention, I was shockingly told to "have it with fish curry"—an absurd pairing that shows a complete lack of culinary understanding.
Out of sheer hunger, I gave up and ate my Naan with cold paneer and dal. When I complained about the food being cold, the server said they would "do something." Bizarrely, after I had already finished my meal and moved on to desserts, the server brought out full portions of paneer sabzi and dal to my table—dishes I hadn't even asked for, served at the completely wrong time.
The biggest disappointment, however, was the leadership. The restaurant manager was on the floor, actively attending to other guests. He was standing close enough to completely overhear my feedback to the server, yet he chose to ignore it entirely. He didn't bother to step in, apologize, or attempt to fix the situation.
To be ignored by management while being served cold, poorly executed food is not what anyone expects from the Novotel brand. It was an absolute waste of money, and the blatant negligence towards a guest is unacceptable. I would highly recommend avoiding this buffet.

I had an amazing experience in Novotel Lucknow and whenever I come for stay I always get this kind of experience and I take home lot of good memories. Beginning with the drivers who came for pick up and drop they are giving the first impression about the hotel and all of them just nailed it. Then comes to the reception I always encounter lot of good people there with smile however I genuinely appreciate Prashant who always behave humble and helpful. Thereafter the restaurant, very dedicated staffs are available there. Specially the restaurant manager(don’t remember his name) an amazing person he is and he personally check upon the guests. Simran restaurant staff was very friendly and polite and carry positive attitude and then the amazing chefs specially the chef who prepares Biriyani. I love to come to Novotel for their hospitality and amazing delicacy(great thumbs up for the Lucknow Biriyani in Novotel). All together it’s a great property to visit.
