Unfortunately, our experience during the stay was extremely disappointing, particularly given that we were travelling with our family to celebrate our child’s birthday.
Unprofessional Staff: The staff appeared highly unprofessional at multiple touchpoints, starting from the valet service and check-in counter to the restaurant. The overall attitude and level of service were far below what one would expect from a reputed property.
Cleanliness & Basic Amenities: The cleanliness of the property and room was extremely disappointing. I would give zero marks for cleanliness. Even basic amenities such as a hair dryer and bathrobes were missing from the room.
Birthday Celebration: Despite making repeated requests for a small decoration in the room to celebrate our child’s birthday, our requests were simply ignored. It was particularly disappointing as this was the primary reason for our family trip.
Welcome Drinks: Even the complimentary welcome drinks became an unnecessary exercise. Despite being entitled to them, I had to repeatedly follow up and go around in circles just to avail of what was supposed to be a simple courtesy.
Foul Smell in the Room: The room had a persistent foul smell. We brought this to the attention of the reception, but despite informing them, no action was taken to resolve the issue.
The mattresses and pillows were also extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a restful night’s sleep
Overall, the experience was far from what we expected. What should have been a comfortable and memorable family stay, especially on the occasion of our child’s birthday, turned into a rather disappointing experience.
I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and looks into these concerns, particularly staff training, housekeeping standards, guest communication, and basic service delivery.
All in all, given the overall experience, I would not consider staying at this property again and would certainly not recommend it to others
housekeeping provided impeccable service, maintaining a spotless room and exceeding my expectations in every way.Room are clean and well maintain housekeeping is very nice and cooperative and hotel location is very good

Location, Room and Facilities such as Spa, Gym and Roof Top Swimming pool was nice.
Breakfast was good also with lots of varieties specially for Indian foods.

What truly stood out was the Long Island Iced Tea he prepared—it was easily one of the best LIITs I’ve had in a long time. Perfectly balanced, smooth, and absolutely delicious.
