Classic Ibis, but in better location than most. Clean and comfortable room with a decent shower. Straightforward check-in - and most of all at a reasonable price, especially for the location. Good cafe and choice of restaurants opposite.
Views from rooms are understandably urban, and the rooms are small - but really, what more do you need than a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom? Water could possibly be a bit warmer in the shower, but it's not a dealbreaker.

Good location. The door staff were really friendly and welcoming - the reception staff not so much, they could take tips from the door staff! The taxi lady was also really helpful.
I loved that there was a desktop computer accessible to guests - this was so helpful.
The reception staff didn't have any information for tourists eg maps, tour information, this would have been helpful.
It would have been great to have tea making facilities in the room too. I was able to get a hot drink from the bar and take it to my room but this was far from ideal.

Everything was good. The first room I stayed had poor wifi, but staff helped me to solve the problem.
