Excellent room and hotel facilities. Good service to airport. Minibus schedule every half hour, bookable on arrival. We would definitely stay here again and can strongly recommend.

So close to airport and made transfer easy
Location was good and rooftop pool and bar good to have, although finding staff up there in the middle of the day was a little difficult. Comfy bed, food in restaurant not bad , staff were lovely

There is no pick up from terminal 3. You need to take the free shuttle to terminal
2......which is easy.
I was ill and couldn’t board my flight. The staff we so helpful. Making sure I had drinking water and access to food as needed. Checked up on me the next day.

Very close to the international terminal. A little farther to the domestic terminal and the free shuttle didn’t cover this. But a grab is so cheap.
Staff we super helpful to organise everything and breakfast was good.
Staff, friendly and helpful. Shuttle from and to airport was excellent and easy to arrange.. Fine for one night stay.
Room was spotless but very small and smelled of food. Selected twin room and beds whilst comfortable were extremely narrow.
