The property was clean. The bed was comfortable

Cons:

The staff not very helpful

The room looked different from the photos. No conditioner in the shower. No extra pillows for someone who needs a pillow between the legs and sleeps with two pillows.
Room was not warm and inviting. It was cold and austere The food up on the roof bar was awful. The menu was worse. Horrible venue. Once again looked totally different from the photos

Pros:

This was a little gem. We stayed in the family room, the bunk beds were spacious and the room was large and comfortable.
We loved the breakfast buffet. So much variety. Very close to the airport.
The views from the rooftop were sensational. We could overlook the runway and watch planes landing and taking off. The children had a great time here.

Cons:

The shower was small but thats a very small negative.

Except for no Terminal 3 free shuttle, everything is great! It still deserves 5-stars!
Pros:

Great Staff, Proximity to the Airport and Cleanliness.

Cons:

Free Airport Shuttle should include Saigon (SGN) domestic Terminal 3. It is very inconvenient to transfer from SGN Terminal 3 to the Airport Shuttle pick up point at SGN Terminal 2 with luggages. I hope T3 Airport Shuttle will be included in the near future.

Pros:

The location was incredibly convenient, being so close to the airport, and it was the perfect way to finish our holiday in Saigon.

We loved the rooftop area, with its almost 360-degree views across the city and airport. The large pool, comfortable seating, bar and dining area made it such a wonderful place to relax and take in the view.

It was a fantastic way to finish our trip, and the shuttle service to the airport the following day was excellent and made our departure so easy.

Great place to stay close to the airport.
Pros:

Location and comfy clean beds. Great pool too.

Cons:

We had difficulty getting the shuttle to the hotel from the airport so walked which meant crossing busy roads.

The property was in a good location and clean and tidy. Perfect for a stop over to the airport

Cons:

The staff upon check in were not very friendly or helpful. They tried to charge our card again and were not clear on the process as to why they were doing this. They offered the 7am shuttle bus to the airport before telling us it was full so we organised our own transport.
