Location is very strategic, near the central of the town and also easy to reach if you're planning to visit Surabaya by plane, since it's really close to the highway exit gate. The atmosphere is really great, I like the smell around the lobby also in the room. Services are also really great, especially the hospitality of the receptionist, they're really helpful and kind, Rima is one of them.

The rooms were large and the staff, especially housekeeping and maintenance were extremely helpful.
The rooms were also generally well appointed.
The WIFi was woeful. I couldn’t send emails and other messages. Called the front desk and they asked me to try alternate WIFI from the apartments. If the hotel aims to attract business clients they need to improve.

My first time with Vasa Hotel. I got upgrade from standard to suite room. The room is spacious and comfortable. They got you bathtub and harman kardon speaker. 3 TV in one room is crazy.
