Cons:

Friendly Sanur House 🏠
Pros:

Great location & walkable to the beach front. Friendly staff who always greeted you with a smile. The room was spacious, well set out & very clean. The grounds are well maintained. Breakfast was fantastic & I had the loviest facial at the spa.

Cons:

The room was dark with no natural lighting. Woken up before 07:00 a.m., as my room was near the breakfast area & I could hear the noise coming from the area. I was told on my third morning that coffee was not included in the breakfast & I would have to pay extra.

Pros:

The price is very good, staff are very helpful and friendly. They helped us with booking ferry to Gili islands, good recommendation. Room is descent and comfortable, breakfast was nice. The whole area is very clean, well maintained.

Cons:

For the price and expectations, this is a very good accommodation. No complaints :)

Beautiful house stay!! Perfectly located in a lovely setting.
Pros:

Perfect location, close to everything in Sanur but in a quiet alley, lovely setting and pool area. Rooms were comfortable, nicely decorated and very clean.

Pros:

Die Unterkunft hat uns insgesamt gut gefallen. Die Anlage ist klein, aber schön gestaltet, mit hübschen Zimmern und einem tollen, überdachten Balkon. Besonders positiv war die Lage: ruhig gelegen in einer Seitenstraße, aber trotzdem sehr zentral. Eine Mall und viele Restaurants sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war in Ordnung, im Vergleich zu anderen Unterkünften auf Bali aber eher durchschnittlich.

Cons:

Das Bad war recht klein.

Verbesserungspotenzial gibt es beim Thema Ruhe und Organisation: morgens wurden wir bereits um 7:30 Uhr durch die Reinigung des Nachbarzimmers geweckt, inklusive Möbelrücken. Leider hat sich trotz Hinweis an der Rezeption nichts geändert. Außerdem wurde unser Zimmer während des Frühstücks gereinigt, war danach aber noch nicht fertig.
Ein „Do not disturb“-Schild wäre auch super.

Im Zimmer gab es kein Moskitonetz, wodurch wir einige Mücken hatten.

Great value for money and wonderful personnel
Pros:

We loved the personnel, they all were amazing - super kind, super attentive, especially to our toddler. They take an amazing care of the place. The place is very nice, especially the pool area. The breakfast is filling - we always had omelettes and pancakes and some fruits, they also cooked oatmeal for our child - everything was tasty. We were placed on the ground floor - super practical for a family with a child (not sure if it was on purpose, but thank you :)) The pool was clean, we used it a few times, it was also popular among the guests.

Cons:

Room was quite small and dark, but that was what we chose and paid for.

Onverwachts fijne accomodatie
Pros:

Rustig gelegen hotel met mooie binnentuin en zwembad en vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Goede bedden en dichtbij strand en shopping mall. Wasserette tegenover het hotel en de volgende dag klaar. Restaurants om de hoek en een goed ontbijt.

Cons:

Niet zo schoon als wij gewend zijn.
Geen dagelijkse schone handdoeken.

Great one night stay
Pros:

A very comfortable room, lovely pool and beautiful gardens. We only stayed one night before our flight home. We were able to leave our bags for the day and have a shower before leaving for the airport.
