Je voulais 2 lits et j'avais un lit et un canapé lit et gros point négatif : la piscine n'était pas accessible alors que j'ai pris cet hôtel pour avoir accès à la piscine en rooftop. Donc je ne suis pas très contente de mon choix car le contrat n'est pas rempli de leur part. C'était pour l'anniversaire de mon fils. Dommage

Despite limitations in the hotel my daughter and I had a great few days together in NY.
Pros:

Great location. I expected more drawers and clothes storage. Plus a fridge that I could use personally without mini bar stuff in. Plus being able to access ice for my room. And coffee/tea making would be nice.

Cons:

The fact that I couldnt get my own ice for my room. Nor could I empty my suitcase to store my clothes, personals etc in a drawer. Very limited storage space. Tea/coffee making in the room, and a fridge is very nice too.

Very expensive, very good location, many things to improve on

Nice hotel with really excellent location. Very expensive hotel so one would expect at least a coffee machine and courtesy water in the rooms. None of that. The neighborhood is great for foodies and upscale shoppers but no convenience stores really close by. In many respects I honestly expected more and better. The noise level at the hotel is high. Heater, toilet flush, honking of cars in the street etc u are surrounded by noise even in higher floors.Room decor is ok but could be updated. In spite of what they advertise the pool is out of service, major disappointment because we really picked the hotel to enjoy the rooftop. Room service is great though and the food really yummy

Hotel vieillissant qui n a pas les codes premium malgré un prix de 800 usd la chambre
Piscine et rooftop non accessibles, sans aucune information prealable. La piscine etait vide.
Room service approximatif ( assiette charcuterie et fromzge sans pain ni beurre)
Bruit des le matin tot entre les claquages de porte et le menage.
Soiree tres festive dans la chambre d a coté de 15h a 2h du matin, j ai du appeler la reception pour intervenir

Hotel stay perfection
Pros:

Had an absolute incredible experience here! The staff was friendly and very on top of it, even offering umbrella service and always opening the door as we enter and exit. The location is perfect and we enjoyed both the lobby lounge and also the rooftop bar and scenic views. 10/10. Also, the room was spacious, soft sheets, and nice bathroom. The gym is modern and fancy sauna.

Pros:

Spacious room, excellent AC, great rain and handheld shower, high quality towels, ability to open window, friendly staff.

Cons:
