An exceptional stay, beautiful breakfast and peaceful sleep
Pros:

Absolutely beautiful breakfast, really peaceful grounds and hotel area other than a few golfers here and there. The hotel was so quiet we didn’t actually see anyone else which was perfect for us.

Cons:

The bins in the room were not changed, and we had no milk on the first night. Other than this, everything was exceptional

Location was great and the room nice. Staff were very kind.

Cons:

The area is so quiet we could hear a tank being filled up above our room which didn’t stop until 2:30 am. Did not sleep well because of this and had no way of changing room as didn’t have a reception on site.

Pros:

It's in a beautiful setting and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Have stayed here many times before and all the rooms are great. There is air conditioning and the WiFi is good. Tea/coffee and biscuits are a nice touch. The staff are very welcoming.

Cons:

There are only baths with a shower attachment over. It would be nice if there were shower facilities. The TV is a little on the small side and in our room the signal for BBC kept breaking up. Some of the lights in our bathroom were not working. Despite the negatives I wouldn't hesitate in going there again.

The staff were professional and friendly. The views onto the golf course were lovely.
The food was very good and value for the money.

Cons:

We would have liked a shower instead of a both. Although the bathroom was spacious and clean.
