We have stayed here many times but this visit was not so good for the reasons mentioned above
Pros:

Comfortable, reasonably priced and usually a nice location

Cons:

Extensive noisy ground works being undertaken, the TV signal distribution system was faulty so no TV, one of the staff was argumentative when discussing our bad experience.

For the price, it was more than adequate, we had a nice time despite everything
Pros:

Nice clean and comfortable room. Lovely food and great breakfast.

Cons:

We had to close the window as the smell of the septic tank renovation was dreadful. The staff made it very clear that the chef had a meltdown to all the customers when a few of us ordered dinner well before the cut off time at 18.15... the TV didn't work.

Es wird schön
Pros:

Es war sehr ruhig. Sehr offener, herzlicher Empfang. Das Frühstück war super und zum Glück im neu renovierten Raum. Die Anlage ist grün und weitläufig. Viele Parkplätze sind vorhanden.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war sehr heiß mit Blick auf den Müllcontainer, sehr viele Spinnennetze und ein altes Nebengebäude. Es roch draußen eklig, so dass Lüften keine Option war. Es war nur 1 Stuhl vorhanden für 2 Personen. Ein Topper im Bett, dass man nicht die einzelnen Stahlfedern spürt, würde ich mir wünschen.
Das Haupthaus wird gerade renoviert, was sich notwendig ist.

A quite and comfortable stay.
Pros:

Clean and comfortable room in a very quite location. Staff were all very helpful. We chose this hotel as a convenient place to stay after a show at Bexhill, at a reasonable price.

Cons:

I'm unable to use a bath, and would have liked a shower, however I forgot to specify that. The TV reception was very poor.

Disconnect with staff from Golf club services and outside hotel guests in separate building
Pros:

No ammenities realised

Cons:

Not shown dining room which would have been helpful to eat dinner and breakfast at. Only discovered the room by chance when checking out. Heater in bedroom was broken so had to move rooms as it was a very cold night.

Lovely stay
Pros:

The rooms were big and spacious and the property and club house are being upgraded.
Staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was freshly cooked to order and delicious

Cons:

Location was good for our needs but not so close to any other amenities

Pros:

Frühstück war sehr gut, Gegend Ruhig, da es sich um einen Golfplatz handelt. Wir haben auch zu Abend gegessen, das Essen war besser als wir erwartet hatten

Cons:

Zimmer waren überhaupt nicht sauber. Unter dem Bett hat man die Dreckkrümel und Staubbällchen gesehen. Es wurde anscheinend nur grob gewischt, da man in den Ecken überall Staub sah. Die Einrichtungen waren auch sehr alt und sollten mal erneuert werden.

perfect for an overnight stay as had a very good friends funeral the following day in Hastings
