Never go to this hotel not worth the money
Pros:

How close it was for family to tower etc

Cons:

Didn’t get what we were meant to get one room was not a Davie’s as advertised. And other was but was the family room right over where they have the entertainment felt like we were on stage so loud. Rooms hadn’t been cleaned and when I was moved rather than given me money back as couldn’t give me the room like I had paid for they took even more money out of my account have had to chase after this money back still waiting would not recommend this hotel to anyone few people complaining when we were there and big boss jj it’s passes it onto others just sits on his computer and not helpful at least one woman did try to help at least

Pros:

First time staying in this hotel so was abit worried, but was no need as it was brill the rooms are clean and comfortable has everything you need. The staff were amazing, polite and always there to help even other people staying at the hotel were friendly. Ive already booked for next year. I highly recomend this hotel

Absolutely fantastic
Pros:

The breakfast was fantastic a great selection to choose from got as much toast we asked for and never went to waste location was good to

I was happy with what I had honestly I couldn't have asked for better pity never came across this place years ago

Enjoyable. Could be better regarding the above comments.
Pros:

Both good, waiting staff were nice but so unorganised and slow at times serving meals. Entertainment was really good.

Cons:

Reception music could be heard from room through the night. Rooms could do with a make over, windows very drafty and the floors are uneven.

Pros:

The staff were lovely and made us really welcome. The room was clean and we had a great view of the sea. The entertainment was good and the bar prices was lower than expected.

Cons:

The lift was terrible, it was impossible to get 2 people and a case each in there. We didn't enjoy the dinner, we only ate there once , it tasted like microwaved food.
