I liked the price point. It was affordable and good for my travel budget.
When we first arrived, we were locked out of the lobby/office because the front desk worker was busy eating. It was 1:30 a.m. in Chicago. I was not about to stand outside and wait for him to finish eating. He reluctantly helped us get checked in. The room was nothing like what was pictured. The toilet was so close to the wall. The bathroom lights had a sensor, and would turn on and off all through the night. The pillows were terribly uncomfortable, and the door to each unit did not actually lock, which made me feel a bit uncomfortable.

The access to the room was easy to get to. The room was very clean. There were many good restaurants in the area to choose from. The room included a small refrigerator, microwave, and dinette table and chairs.
The people in the room above us were noisy and stomping their feet on the floor very often. The stairs to the rooms upstairs were very noisy and creaky. There didn't seem to be enough parking spaces to accommodate the vehicles;. we had to park in the handicapped parking space because it was the only parking spot left. Also, the water pressure in the shower was lacking, and the energy efficient lighting could get annoying if you forgot to turn on the light switch while you were using the toilet and the lights go black!
This is a cheap hotel outside of the core of the city. We wanted to save money and be within walking distance of Grandma's retirement facility. This fit the bill! Rooms were clean. The key cards worked. The shower had hot water. Rooms each have a small round table and two little chairs. Beds were all king-size and firm. All we did in the room was sleep, and the hotel was perfectly adequate for that purpose.
This is a cheap hotel, so have reasonable expectations. We would totally stay here again, for the price. But here are our complaints: pillows were thin. There is no closet or even a rod or hook to hang clothes. People congregated outside our rooms at night (11pm-1am), making noise and rattling the door handles.
Super friendly people! Always willing to help out when things don't go the way you plan. I have stayed here before and I will stay here again! I like clean rooms and easy checkouts.
Absolutely nothing if im being honest.
Rooms smelled bathroom and walls had stains or cracks in them. Beds were extremely hard sheets and covers were thin as paper. It was so bad we checked out at 6 am
Clean and worth every cent
