Nice hotel which suffers from poor maintenance & air-conditioning facilities.
Pros:

Good size clean rooms. Nice location in Vila Verde. Staff were very friendly but I don't think they were able to properly understand our concerns about the rooms.

Cons:

Maintenance & Security problems.
The first room we were offered did not have a lock on the door for it to close.
This is an obvious safety and security issue.
The second room we were offered required the window to be open in order to allow the air conditioning to work. The problem with this is a security problem because the window is easily accessible from a roof top meaning that it was very easy for an intruder to gain access to the roof. This is another safety and security issue. The air conditioning was unable to get the room down to a liveable temperature making it impossible to have a good night's sleep.

Las habitaciones son de buen tamaño, las camas muy cómodas y el personal muy agradable.

Cons:

La nota mala es para la ducha. Al ser de cortinas el agua se sale y se esparce el agua por el suelo del baño.

Quando cheguei o ar condicionado não trabalhava, comuniquei. Tiveram o dia todo para resolver a situação que não foi resolvida, nem tiveram o cuidado de me mudar para um quarto que estivesse nas condições. A noite foi insuportável com a temperatura.
