Défaut de maintenance dans la chambre. Lampe de chevet cassée. Obligé d'allumer la pièce pour lire.

Rien à dire sur le petit déjeuner. C'était simple, toujours le même, mais ça suffisait.

Cons:

Ce qui pourrait être amélioré, c'est l'amabilité du personnel. Le sourire n'était pas de mise.
Un jour, j'ai ramené mon assiette et mes couverts, au comptoir, pour demander un café. Pas un merci, le café m'a été servi presque sans un regard.

Infelizmente não gostei de nada...

Cons:

Esperei na recepção para fazer check in e só quando telefonei para o hotel apareceu o recepcionista.
O quarto tinha um ar condicionado portátil, preso na janela por uma placa de plástico. Deixava um buraco por onde entrava o calor e o barulho. O ar condicionado era muito barulhento e era noite de festa mesmo ali ao lado mas o pior de tudo é que a janela que ficava aberta dava para o pátio de outro quarto. Senti-me insegura e não dormi a noite toda. A cama não era confortável, a água do chuveiro só aqueceu quando acabei de tomar banho.
