Pros:

At the heart of Sapa action. Sumptuous breakfast a must-try. Its a value-add if you come in bigger groups. Walk everywhere and anywhere in Sapa from this hotel.

Cons:

Plumbing system was faulty, resulting in a mini flood in the shower room. But it was quickly resolved by the owner.

Pros:

The owner was super helpful and informative. Though there is no lift, our big luggage were carried up and down on our arrival and departure.

Cons:

Stairs. After climbing Fansipan, you really don't wish to climb any steps.

Friendly n helpful frontdesk staff. He help to book taxi to bus station back to Hanoi.
