Pros:

Дуже сподобався сервіс, атмосфера та ставлення персоналу. Готель має неймовірну територію, басейни, можливість поплавати з дельфінами — це окремі незабутні емоції. Дуже смачні сніданки, чистота в номері та комфортне проживання. Відпочинок вийшов максимально приємним і розслабляючим.

Cons:

Єдине, що не сподобалось — що так швидко закінчився наш відпочинок 😅 Хотілося залишитися ще на кілька днів, але робота вже чекала 🤣

Pros:

Сподобалися атмосфера та кількість доступних СПА-опцій. Гарне меню та коктейльна карта у ресторані.

Cons:

Один з номерів на 5 поверсі знаходиться під джакузі, що на даху, тому чутно було гул від насоса. Але то не заважало гарно виспатися після басейну та хамаму.

Все дуже чисто, персонал привітний та швидко відгукується на запити. Все сподобалось)

Cons:

Із незручностей та зауважень:Чайник, він дуже незручно встановлений, поряд келихи для пиття і треба мати неабияку гнучкість щоб не зачипити їх. І РУШНИКИ (на зонах відпочинку): кожна зона видає своі( дівчата не завжди на місці),а басейн для плавання каже приносити з номера😬- якось дивно і незручно. Було б добре якщо б вирішили це питання, або всюди на видачу, або всюди своі(наприклад додаткові рушники для зон відпочинку у кожному номері).

Чисты номер с видом на зоопарк, хорошая спа-зона и теплый бассейн на крыше. Очень приятно сидеть в теплом джакузи и наблюдать за огнями ночного города ♥️
