Pros:

Location close to my daddy’s funeral service

Cons:

Water damage on the ceiling. Ceiling liked like was being held by a screw. Floors uneven, had faint smell

Pros:

The beds were ok.

Cons:

Facility was old and run down. There was a big water stain of some sort on the ceiling in the room. The pillows were pretty flat. The toaster in the breakfast area had ants in it. Everything just seemed dingy.

Easy quick overnight stay
Pros:

I selected this hotel bc it was close to my event location. It was easy to get back & forth.

Cons:

The carpet was stained. I had to jiggle the cable box to make it work. I had an early morning event. By the time I got back the breakfast selection was pretty bare.

THE BREAKFAST WAS GREAT !! Location and staff were great!

Cons:

The room needs updating. THE CEILING HAD WATER LEAKS. THE BEDS WERE TERRIB LE, NEW ONES NEEDED. THE PILLOWS WERE A LL DIFFERENT . HE BEDS WERE UNCOMFORTABLE.

Was very let down, but the employee that checked me in very professional

With bed bugs, and all the rats all over the property. So was afraid to eat any food - the kitchen? Oh and the night front desk person very rude.

We’re not in the room much other than to sleep
Cons:

There were ants and some kind of bug in the room saw ants the first morning where the breakfast was being served. Would have liked to have different choice for breakfast .when we checked in was first given a room that had not been cleaned yet went back to front desk and was given another room that just had the ant problem

Wish I had spent more for a better hotel.
Pros:

The location was good. Right off the highway and near several restaurants. Nice area.

Cons:

The WiFi was basically unusable it was so bad so we had to use our phones hotspots the entire time. There was next to zero room cleaning and the front desk claimed they were short staffed. And it was extremely noisy.

We stayed here a year ago & it has really gone down since that stay

The location is good. The staff was friendly

Cons:

Our room was fairly clean, but the halls & elevators need cleaning. The refrigerator in our room made a loud noise. I am hard of hearing & could still hear it, I even put ear plugs in my ears & could hear it. We finally had to turn it off. The pillows need replacing, they are too hard, the only soft one I found in our room was lumpy.
