The place was run down , shower flooded. Poor decorator.. so much money for what it was .It felt like a half way house !!

The worker was extremely rude. No shower soap was provided. The toilet could not be flushed. The room was very dirty and smelled unpleasant. The walls were filthy, and the overall condition was unacceptable. This place should be shut down immediately.

Filthy room, overpriced and had to provide a photo of passport on arrival despite booking in advance. Why was this? Suspicious
The willows was discussing our room had shit in the toilet dirty bedding stains up wall the window well you couldn't see out of them refused to refund our money we had to stay out with a 44 year old and a disabled person it was a complete nightmare

It felt grubby just walking up the stairs to the room, once in the room there were crumbs and dust on the floor, the window blinds were hard to open and close.
