Stunning nature, but terrible service and management
Pros:

The natural surroundings at this property are absolutely amazing, and the pools are well-maintained and incredibly relaxing. Unfortunately, the service and management left a lot to be desired.

Cons:

Before arrival, we were pressured to pay in advance via a link, despite our reservation explicitly stating we could pay at the property. Breakfast was a major disappointment, it was a very poor selection, and despite being a buffet, we weren’t allowed to serve ourselves. Instead, staff served us tiny portions. To make matters worse, the owner used a microphone during breakfast to loudly boast about his achievements and pitch a water product he sells, making it impossible to talk or relax. Finally, check-out felt incredibly unwelcoming, as staff rigorously counted the towels and blankets in our room before we could leave. I’ve never experienced that level of distrust at a hotel before. Lovely location, but the hospitality needs a major upgrade.

Pague por una habitación y me dieron otra diferente con un valor mucho menor aparte nunca me dieron el reembolso por el cambio de la habitación

No puedo creer que lo promocionen por el aplicativo y al otro día me digan que no ahí cupo

Agradable y cómodo para descansar y alejarse un poco del ruido de la ciudad
Pros:

El lugar es muy cómodo, tranquilo y el servicio del restaurante es de muy buena calidad. Queda en mi lista como un lugar al que debo volver con más tiempo para poder aprovecharlo mejor.

Everything, rooms, restaurants thermal are so nice. Staff is really kind.

Cons:

The thermal are very far away and there is not enough transport to go after 1 pm, you have to have your own car or pay for a private car which is very expensive.

Comida esta muy rica , cenamos y el menú muy bien

No me gustó la atención del personal , en muchas ocasiones les expresé mi descontento . Para mí la gente de esa zona ( eje cafetero) se caracteriza por su amabilidad , hospitalidad . Cosa que no vi en el personal , el único que nos trató amablemente fue un chico Julián . De resto mi estadía fue muy decepcionante, pedí habitaciones juntas y nos pusieron en polos opuestos . A mi al final casi de las caballas que quedan subiendo por el restaurante . La antepenúltima . Y yo con mi problema de rodillas . En fin era mi tercera visita y me hacía ilusión hospedarme ahí . Las anteriores veces nos hospedamos en Santa Rosa . Las piscinas estaban llenas de una lava verde , antes procuraban tenerlas limpias , me explicaron q es medicinal , nos frotamos eso en la cara . Hasta que había un cabello enredado , y fue muyy desagradable. No es algo que quieras hacer por muy medicinal que sea . El lugar es maravilloso en sí , el paisaje . Pero el trato del personal no me gustó para nada .
