I am asking for a full refund for one rooms for 2 days booking.
Pros:

Near to Town

Cons:

Full of ents at the wall just above the bed head. My visiting guests immediately asked to look for a changed , we have to move out to another Hotel nearby.

Pros:

Nice little cabin with ensuite bathroom, suitable for a short stay. Equipped with air-conditioning and coffee/tea making facilities.

Cons:

The weeds growing in front of the cabin got stuck to my clothing :(

"The room was in great condition and very clean. We’ve stayed here several times now, and everything has always been good.

Cons:

Although the staff who handled our check-in wasn’t very friendly—which is understandable, perhaps because they were busy—we still had a pleasant stay. I’d like to suggest adding more soundproofing to the family rooms (the ones with multiple beds). As parents traveling with children, we felt bad for our neighbors whenever our kids cried at night, as it could disrupt their sleep.

Comfortable spot to spend a few nights
Pros:

This was a good budget option that provided what we needed for the three nights we spent in Tambunan. It was clean, quiet, and the staff were helpful. We also really appreciated being able to use the kitchen area to cut up fruit, wash dishes, etc.

Cons:

Nothing (the place is a bit older and it shows - but we weren't expecting a five-star hotel)

Most comfy & Conveniently located place I have found in the area.
Pros:

Very OK place to stay near Tambunan, Have stayed here a few times when I am Birding in this area, very close Trus Madi.

Cons:

Nothing, but food best sourced 10 mins away in town, Good early breakfasts available. & OK Dinners

All good & very comfortable, Staff very helpful & efficient
Pros:

We are Birdwarchers & the location is very good for us.
Easy access to Tambunan, obviously own transport is essential.
