Perfect stay. Please put a small hand bar rail anywhere so you can get out of the pool safely 🙏
Pros:

I couldn’t fault our stay in the 4bedroom villa. Only 1 thing I struggled with was there was no rails or anything to hold on to getting in & out of the pool. I am recovering from a broken arm & It made me feel vulnerable getting in & out, Just in case I slipped.
A few broken tiles in the pool could be fixed. Other than that. Fantastic!
The staff were just lovely, I could not give a mention to any one single person as they were all just so lovely. Highly recommended.

Cons:

Just a few tiles on pool could be fixed & a rail somewhere for safety getting in & out of the pool for older people or people who need to feel safe getting in & out.
Everything else was perfect.

Lovely private pool and views but areas for improvement
Pros:

This is a large property set in the hills around a 10-minute drive from Kamala beach. The villa was large and clean and the bed was super comfortable. I stayed in one of the partial sea view villas on the lower level of the property. It was very quiet and the view from the balcony area and private pool was lovely.

Cons:

This place should be a 10, but it doesn't quite hit the mark. Staff were friendly, but everything felt a bit scripted rather than genuine Thai hospitality. The villas are clean but maintenance has been done cheaply and poorly. Some of the towels had bleach stains on them and some of the kitchen crockery had obviously been broken over time and not replaced. The room service was prompt and friendly, but food was just ok. I was driving and the location at the top of a very steep hill with poor directional signage made arrival a bit difficult (glad I arrived during the day!).

The whole building on the inside looks like a construction site. The showers are just a bathrub with a shower handle not long enough to reach your head. If you wanna wash your hair you have to kneel.

Inform that have shower !! but we saw it’s part of the tub this is not a shower at all !!!

Beautiful resort with a fantastic private pool, but the severe condensation issue greatly impacted our stay.
Pros:

The private pool in our room was excellent and provided a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The resort also offers beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere.

Cons:

Unfortunately, we were unable to sleep in the bedroom due to severe condensation in the room. The walls and floors became wet throughout our stay, making the bedroom uncomfortable to use. As a result, we had to sleep in the living room instead.
