la camera pulita ma grossolanamente, la cucina non molto fornita di stoviglie, piscina non riscaldata.
Camera da letto super umida, i condizionatori erano sporchi e circondati da muffa.
The place that it’s located in is calm.
Some of the staff members didn’t know English.
The staff was amazing. The pool was large and enough to have a swim. It is a very quiet hotel and all the guests are families or couples on their honeymoon. Would definately come again in the future. It is now our main hotel in Phuket.
We had an issue with our flight and lost 2 nights at the hotel. We informed them prior to our stay by one night but didn't compensate us in any way. We were a little upset but overall our stay was pleasant and the breakfast was good.
An amazing property from the comfort of the rooms, breakfast, location and the friendly staff who were always willing to help with any request and say hello with a smile. Loved the free shuttle service to two locations. An amazing stay, thank you 🙏

يوجد سوبر ماركت 7eleven قريب لكنه يحتاج سيارة للوصول بسبب موقع الفندق على الجبل المطل عالبحر .. السيارة يوفرها الفندق وينتظرك ربع ساعة ويعيدك
المسبح رائع وممتع
مدير الفندق شخص رائع ومسؤول عندما يحصل لك اي مشكلة اطلب رقمه وتواصل معه .. لن تنهي المكالمة الا وانت راضي بإذن الله
قريب من المكان على شاطئ باتونج الكثير من المحلات لشراء الهدايا .. بولت ياخذك للمكان في 8 د تقريبا .. الليل يكون جدا مزدحم وترتفع الاسعار .. الصباح من الساعه 9 الذهاب له افضل
المكان صديق للبيئة .. اللي ما يتحمل الحشرات ما يناسبه
انا استمتعت جدا ويبقى الموضوع تجربة و اذواق
