Una reflexión para la dirección del hotel: lo mejor de nuestra estancia fue, sin duda, el restaurante y, especialmente, una de las chicas que nos atendió. Fue cercana, amable y muy profesional en todo momento.

Pero sinceramente, daba la sensación de que no daba para más. La vimos trabajando por la noche y, para nuestra sorpresa, también estaba allí esta mañana. Con la cantidad de huéspedes que había en el hotel, el personal era claramente insuficiente.

Creo que merece la pena que la dirección se pregunte si está poniendo a sus trabajadores en una situación sostenible. Porque cuando una persona tiene que estar prácticamente en todos los turnos para sacar adelante el servicio, por mucho que quiera hacerlo bien, llega un momento en que no puede dar más de sí.

Cons:

Respecto a la habitación, era amplia y cómoda, pero tuvimos un problema con el lavabo: del grifo salía agua caliente incluso cuando seleccionábamos el agua fría. Es un detalle que deberían revisar y solucionar.

En definitiva, creo que el hotel tiene cosas buenas, pero también aspectos importantes que mejorar. Y, sobre todo, creo que deberían cuidar más al personal que está dando la cara cada día frente al cliente. Porque, en nuestro caso, esa chica hizo mucho más agradable nuestra estancia a pesar de unas condiciones en las que claramente estaba desbordada.
