Biz geldiğimizde su kesikti
I met and talked with other tourists.
There were some things I had to ask, and some answers didn't meet to my expectations. First, there was no water at the night I stayed, and there were no explanations. We paid to stay there after checking what they would provide, when it was not done, at least we have the right to know and understand, what is happening, and what they were doing. Second, the guests are not supposed to eat and drink in the shared room. I went upstairs where I was suggested to use. Then hotel staff came at 12midnight and told me I had to leave. I asked him where I could eat, but no where. It is ridiculous. Is there any accommodation facilities where we can't eat and drink? And if they have that kind of time regulations, they MUST tell their customers upon check-in. Third, I am authorized to have a tax exemption with my ID, and I told them I didn't have to pay VAT, then the agent called her manager, and the answer was 'You should have told us in advance' Should I? I am authorized by Georgian government. Why do i have to tell in advance? and how? For this exemption, I need to show my ID, so I showed my ID at the front desk when I checked-in. It is a government program which they just follow their procedure. I wonder why they can't do this kind of small things. I paid to stay for a bed and shower which I couldn't use. I was forced to pay the tax which I was not supposed to pay. And how can I be happy? They need more trainings. They should go and stay or at least just visit to see what others are doing.
Good location, cool vibes, good breakfast
Showers and toilets were rarely cleaned and quite dirty, soap was always out and half of the showers were broken. Music from bars around and the street can get very loud.
Location
Loud music and people from the bars, prison style bunk beds, no designated bed, no explanation of where lockers, showers or facilities were. Unfriendly staff, not feeling welcome at all. No towel, toilets and showers were dirty and on my whole floor the were out of order. This floor is huge.
No space put your stuff at the bed, no privacy, no curtains.
Boarding school style dormitories, not worth 10€ a night
There was too much sunlight in the morning. Thats the only that could be improved.
Wysokie pokoje i ciekawe lobby. Dostęp do pralni i parownice. Bardzo dobry personel. Ochrona obiektu w trakcie wydarzeń kulturalnych (występ DJa).
Hałas po godz. 22.00 z dziedzińca obok.
I love the fact that it’s such a chill place. Perfect to just sit by yourself and stare at the wall, or work, and also a great place to mingle with others. So many common seating areas, you don’t feel alone, music is nice, and there is always something going on there, it is a lively place in the evening and quiet yet cool in the morning. They make the best eggs for breakfast!! I had them everyday with mini pancakes too. Courtyard is so nice as well, you always feel like you can sit among people and feel part of a crowd even if you don’t know each other. Such a good place to disconnect and enjoy being present. Also, coolest elevator ever!!!!!
I had a private room, so personally i was ok with everything. Bathroom and shower were private, I would have probably not liked sharing the bathroom and shower and walking all the way there but it is a hostel at the end of the day. My only problem was the shower in my room, the water slipped from under the glass and the whole bathroom floor was flooded. I reported this but they didn’t fix it saying it is how it is supposed to be. The second room I moved to was better, the shower was turned slightly away from the door and the floor was tilted a bit so the water didn’t get out.
The place and the building are really amazing and fun. So many opportunities to socialize and meet new people too.
The reception staff was not particularly helpful or welcoming. My room was clean, but when I turned on the air conditioning, the entire room began to smell strongly of urine. I had to turn it off, which was unfortunate.
Since I was only there for a night and the check-in staff weren't very helpful, I didn't bother asking for another room.
