Location to centre excellent, very friendly staff
Pros:

Staff very friendly. Location fab.

Cons:

Room was small but what you expect at Blackpool. Couldn’t move rooms as full but that wasn’t their fault. O e of the better rooms we have stayed at in Blackpool

Pros:

Breakfast OK. Great towels - when I got the right size.

Cons:

I had two smal towels and had to ask for a big one. No nightlamp in my room, they didn't have spare ones. There was no heardryer in the roms , but £10.- deposit for loan (they had 2). There where no soap, had to ask for it.

Pros:

The hotel wasnt good for disabled people the lift was very small you couldnt swing a cat in it. I paid 10 pounds for breckfast all i got was a cup of tea drew to you have to pay anothsr 5 pounds for a cooked breckfast. Not very good

I got moved twice so on my 6 night stay I had 3 different rooms hallways weren't hoovered all in all I know it is in new ownership and they are finding there feet but not a good advert

Great hotel everthing you need
Pros:

The location was perfect the hotel was clean the staff very helpful. Read some of the reviews before I went and thought it sounded really bad so it was a nice shock to know I never come across any issues at all. They went out their way and were very helpful.
Yes a bit of improving needed in some areas but that will come in time. Overall it was perfect and I’m fussy. Lifts worked, shower worked beds clean. Would defintley stay again for the price

I liked the location it was nice chilled and quiet so close to the town centre and shops room was cosy we had everything we needed and the kind gentleman down stairs let me borrow his phone charger the bed was really cosy it was really nice we would happily stay again was great value for money lovely hotel would definitely recommend to a friend 👍🫶🙏💯❤️🙌😁

Horrible didn’t even get to my prepaid room
Pros:

I didn’t even get in I parked my car saw the receptionist and went to have a coffee while room was supposedly being prepared I got a call saying they were closing the hotel even though I’d paid in cash the day before storey too long to relate this diabolical action other than to say I went back half way through the time I had booked for and they were open and booking rooms that I enquired about avoid this place like the plague!!!!!

The management staff were horrible telling me the replacement hotel was close enough by tram even though I’d paid had informed them prior that I had mobility issues
