היה רועש ולא היה ניתן לנוח בשום אופן במהלך היום. זה העיב על כל השהות במלון

המקום מרווח, נקי וברמה גבוהה. ארוחת בוקר מעולה. מקלחת מעולה

Cons:

הרעש!!!! המיקום של המלון ליד עבודות תשתית לרכבת הקלה. מהשעה 0730 ועד השעה 1800 הרעש היה בלתי סביר. כאילו קדחו בתוך החדר. מומלץ להימנע מהגה למלון כל עוד העבודות נמשכות, אלא אם כן יש חדר אליו הרעש לא מגיע.

Pros:

Der Empfang hat uns sehr geholfen, ein besseres Zimmer als reserviert zu erhalten. Ich rate jedem sogenannten Garden Suits nicht zu buchen - sie halten nicht was versprochen bzw. Suggeriert wird.

Cons:

Es wir um das Hotel viel mehrere Straßen gebaut. Damit ist viel Lärm verbunden , sodass man das Fenster auch Nachts nicht öffnen kann. Die Aircon im Zimmer lässt sich nicht richtig regulieren, was sehr unangenehm sein kann.

Au Check in de nous demander de régler la facture alors que nous avions toujours régler sur booking,com.
Un adjoint du concierge le samedi après midi qui nous a refusé une petite bouteille d'eau alors qu'il en avait une vingtaine à ces pieds et enfin aucun présent pour l'anniversaire de ma femme pendant le séjour alors que j'avais commandé un petit gâteau au chocolat au room service qui n'a jamais été livré dans la,chambre... dommage
