‏המלון הרגיש במרמה מאוד מאוד גבוהה היה בו את כל מה שרצינו ויותר חדרים היו נקיים מאוד המיקום היה פגז היה קל להגיע אליו

‏ספציפית מהחוויה שלנו העובדים בקבלה היו לא נעימים כל כך וגרמו לנו לחכות בלי שום סיבה ובלי אפילו להגיד לנו שכמה שניות הם יתפנו אלינו בנוסף כשביקשנו מגבות מהקבלה לא קיבלנו אותם בכלל וגם לא היה שום מענה ל late checkout למרות שכבר בצ צ׳ק אין ביקשנו פרטים לגבי זה ורק מרחו אותנו עד סוף השיהות שלנו

בריכה נחמדה וארוחת בוקר לא רעה

Cons:

המזגן בחדר נכבה כל 2 דקות. לא, לא מדובר בהשהיה - היינו צריכים לקום מהמיטה במהלך הלילה כל 2 דקות כדי להדליק אותו ולכן פשוט לא יכלנו לישון בכלל. דיברנו עם הקבלה ונאמר לנו שאין איש אחזקה זמין לטפל בבעיה. בנוסף היו שיפוצים צמוד לחדר שלנו ולכן היה רעש במהלך היום. בנוסף, התקשרנו לקבלה לבקש כוס חלב בשביל קפה ואמרו לנו שיחזרו אלינו מהרום סרוויס, זה קרה אבל אחרי למעלה משעה ולכן זה כבר לא היה רלוונטי. אגב, אם רוצים להזמין קפה הפוך זה עולה 20 ש״ח פלוס ״דמי שירות״ של 15 ש״ח (האם מדובר בשליח של וולט….) - כלומר סה״כ 35 ש״ח לכוס קפה. בקיצור, אכזבה. בעיקר שהגענו ללילה אחד שהיה יקר מאוד ביחס לתמורה, ועוד בשביל לחגוג יום הולדת. חוץ מזה הכל בסדר.
