Pros:

We stayed at this hotel 5 nights and each day the breakfast was plentiful and the hot breakfast changed each day. I liked that there were different options at breakfast. The hotel room was clean and comfortable and very spacious. It was well located near to the shops, university and airport. The aircon was great - much needed in the Tempe area. We also ate at the pizza restaurant nearby and bar which was a short walk away which served great food at lunch and dinner. We would stay at this hotel again.

Pros:

It was clean, smelled great, and the bed was so comfortable. Staff were very friendly.

Cons:

The was no daily cleaning. Trash built up and ran out of toilet paper and clean towels.

AMAZING STAY!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Pros:

Had an excellent time with the family. Extremely clean and comfortable hotel. Had an amazing rest. The Breakfast was TOP NOTCH! Loved it!! The optional games, and Basketball court PERFECT. Love it all. Staff was amazing too!! HIGHLY recommend!!

Have nothing negative to say.

A great place to stay!
Pros:

The people are always friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and breakfast is pretty good. We've stayed before, it's our first choice of hotel.

Will not be using booking.com if it means giving us bad rooms.

Cons:

Room 214 door does not lock. It smelled and white spots on couch was told since we did third party reservation they couldn’t move us. Also my second room the put us in handicap and my understanding they had plenty of rooms available.
