Will not be using booking.com if it means giving us bad rooms.

Cons:

Room 214 door does not lock. It smelled and white spots on couch was told since we did third party reservation they couldn’t move us. Also my second room the put us in handicap and my understanding they had plenty of rooms available.

The cleanliness - the fan had a thick coat of dust on it , my 1 year old was walking around our room and his feet were black and there was a brown bug crawling in the bathroom not sure what kind of bug it was

Cons:

Our room was worn. Cracks in walls. Loose tiles in bathroom floor. Top rack of dishwasher was stuck and wouldn't pull out.

Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.
Pros:

The breakfast was good.
The bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

The shower door was missing a handle on the inside so that made it difficult to slide the door when getting in and out of the shower.
