It was very convenient to have breakfast and dinner included. The food was only ok there are really good restaurants in the city.

Muy buen hotel, en relación precio calidad, teniendo en cuenta la ventaja de la media pensión.
La comida es buena, sin ser muy variada. El sector de las piscinas es excelente .

Cons:

Cuando llegamos nos dieron una habitación muy oscura, siempre era necesario estar con la luz prendida. Al día siguiente pedimos un cambio y nos dieron una más luminosa

Very clean and detailed, the whole place is very very nice, but not very welcoming

No warm feeling
Slightly remote (need a taxi to anywhere in town)
In house things too expensive (including spa, taxi services)
(Water in dinner SHOULD NOT cost extra, if the hotel needs it, it should be pre charged. Water bottles in rooms not provided besides the first day, and no large water bottle can be purchased on-property)

Pros:

el hotel esta bonito pero apartado de todo. El problema fue conseguir agua ya que no hay tienda cerca y el hotel solo las vende a traves de su bar que tiene un horario de apertura y cierre y no se recomienda que se tome del grifo.(!) Nos incomodo ya que a pesar de ser considerado 5 estrellas y tener una neverita en el cuarto no contaban con agua ni para su venta como en otros hoteles. Por la lejania del hotel a algun puesto que venda agua, y la poca disposicion de adquirirla en el hotel fue muy mala experiencia . La pisina muy linda. Todas las otras facilidades que vimos de restaurantes , bar y barbacoas estaban cerradas (?). Solo el area de buffette abierta para comer , aunque se podia pedir a la carta, sinceramente no apetecia.

Cons:

Que tengan agua en las neveras ya que no se puede beber del grifo y el hotel esta lejos de la ciuda. Su bar tiene horario de apertura y cierre. No importa que la cobren pero deben poder suministrarla . Lo que llaman tienda, es un pequeño mostrador que vende algunos recuerdos.

החדר ענק, המלון נקי ומתוחזק להפליא, הצוות מאיר פנים ומתעניין , בריכה כיפית, ספא במלון, מיטה נוחה, חצי פנסיון

האוכל בחדר אוכל מקולקל בהרבה פעמים, בסוף כבר התלוננו ואמרנו להם שזה ממש לא תקין - תזהרו מכל מה שאתם טועמים ….!!!

Excelente hotel para pasar en familia.
Pros:

Me encantaron las instalaciones en el medio de la reserva, el restaurante y el sendero. El personal super atento.

Cons:

No es que no me gusto pero creo que puede ser mejor: la piscina. Al llegar nos llevamos un desplante y es que estaban reparando la piscina. Nosotros escogimos el hotel por la media pensión y la piscina por los niños. Si bien estaba habilitada la de los niños, realmente fue algo "amargo" no tener toda la piscina disponible. Que de paso, al reparar la que esta al lado de vez en cuando había mucho polvo en el aire.
