great stay would stay again
Pros:

it was central to everything we needed especially train station, friendly staff, we could do washing, had free drinks you could help yourself too and the massage chairs were a great way to wait for the washing

Cons:

the only thing we didn’t like the beds and pillows a bit hard

Pros:

The amazing hotel staff are very warm, friendly and professional. The room size was big and very comfortable for 3 adults. The pillows were so comfortable. Love the facilities provided, I actually relax in one of the massage chairs while waiting for my laundry. Great location, so convenient and walking distance to the train station, Dotonbori etc. Great hotel!

Pros:

Es war wirklich alles super. Überrascht war ich nur, wie günstig und einfach die Reinigung ist. Ich musste zum ersten Mal meine Kleidung im Urlaub waschen. Für 700 Yen (3,80 €) und in 1,5 Stunden waren sie gewaschen und getrocknet.

Cons:

Es gab nichts auszusetzen.

A hotel well worth more than you are paying!

It was a minute walk to the shop, 2 to Dotonbori and 3 to the train station. Plus free drinks in the dining area.

An excellent accommodation choice and excellent service.
Pros:

The staff were exceptionally attentive and went out of their way to ensure our stay was exceptional. They went the extra mile to assist us with the recovery of an item we forgot on a train and were friendly, kind and always helpful. The hotel location is perfect. The spacious dining area with its modern, quirky decor, pool table and array of complimentary beverages was an enjoyable space to spend time in. The Dyson hairdryer and numerous attachments was a treat to use.

The location of the hotel is extremely convenient for getting around, and the staff is being friendly, accommodating, and helpful! They even accompanied us to the bus terminal.
