Hotel 88 Shinsaibashi

Staff was very helpful in bringing us to the bus station to take the bus to Kansai Airport. They even help us carry our luggages and help us get the tickets.
There is a big dining area where there is free drinks and you can buy your own food and eat there.
Location is just a few mins walk from Namba main shopping area.

Had plates and such to eat food bought in the convenience stores which was nice. The washer and driers worked well and were always open and had a nice massage chair to use. Hotels staff was kind and easy to communicate with. Very close to train station and dotonburri was very close. Definitely would stay again. Walking around the hotel felt very
safe.

I absolutely loved everything about this hotel. The staff — especially Sue, Emma, and Travis — were exceptionally kind, professional, and always attentive to anything I needed. Their excellent English made communication easy and comfortable. The room was spotless, quiet, and very cozy, and the housekeeping was perfect every day. The location is outstanding, right in the heart of Dotonbori. I also appreciated the welcome beer and the traditional bottle of liquor they kindly offered me. The laundry facilities worked flawlessly. The most unforgettable moment was when Travis personally accompanied me to the train station, carrying my luggage and making sure I didn’t get lost. This hotel truly felt like my second home.

Good position, cozy room

객실이 생각보다 넓었으며 도톤보리와 가깝고 공항-호텔 간 이동도 쉬웠습니다. 호텔에서 OCAT나 공항철도 타는 역까지 픽업 서비스도 있습니다.
도톤보리와 매우 가깝지만 시끄럽지 않아 여행 하루 일정을 마치고 편한히 쉬기에 좋았습니다.
로비에 있는 음료 서비스도 좋았으며 외부나 편의점에서 사온 음식을 먹기에 분위기가 편하고 좋았습니다.
호텔 로비 및 객실 복도 인테리어가 인상적이었습니다. 직원분들 또한 엄청 친절하십니다.(한국인 직원도 있어요.)
오사카 가면 다시 또 가고 싶은 호텔입니다.

The Place is neat. The staff are accommodating and the manager is very helpful. The cafeteria is the best with a billiard table and free drinks and snacks. I would definitely book this place again.

Nos han atendido maravillosamente. Muy amables al llegar y ofreciendo ayuda como paraguas o información sobre traslados si necesitábamos. Muy atentos también con los niños. La ubicación increíble! al lado de Dotonbori

La localisation et les services proposés

Hotel 88 Shinsaibashi was a fantastic stay for our family—the room was impressively spacious and far exceeded our expectations while traveling with kids. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Namba Station and the lively Dotonbori area. The staff was exceptionally attentive, even accompanying us all the way to the Shinkansen station after checkout. A wonderful accommodation choice for families visiting Osaka.

원래 호텔 후기는 한 번도 남겨본 적이 없는데, 이번에는 너무 감사한 마음이 들어서 처음으로 후기를 남깁니다.

무엇보다 호텔이 정말 깨끗했고, 침구도 깨끗하고 편안해서 여행으로 쌓인 피로를 푹 풀 수 있었습니다. 그리고 머무는 동안 모든 직원분들께서 정말 친절하게 맞아주셔서 처음부터 끝까지 기분 좋게 지낼 수 있었습니다.

특히 체크아웃하는 날에는 오사카난바역까지 직접 데려다주셨을 뿐만 아니라, 제 짐까지 직접 들어 올려주셔서 정말 감사했습니다. 여행객에게 필요한 작은 부분까지 세심하게 배려해 주시는 모습이 인상 깊었습니다.

호텔 위치도 정말 좋았습니다. 도톤보리와 가까워서 관광하고 이동하기 편했고, 장시간 걸어 다닌 후에도 호텔까지 돌아오는 데 부담이 적어 여행 중 피로를 덜 수 있었습니다.

직접 이용해 보지는 못했지만 작은 라운지와 안마의자도 마련되어 있었고, 관광객들이 편안하게 머물 수 있도록 여러 가지 편의를 세심하게 제공하고 있다는 느낌을 받았습니다.

짧은 일정이었지만 정말 편안하고 기분 좋게 머물다 갑니다. 친절하게 대해주신 모든 직원분들께 다시 한번 감사드립니다. 다음에 오사카를 방문하게 된다면 꼭 다시 이 호텔을 이용하고 싶습니다. 정말 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다!
