Pros:

I had a great stay at this hotel. Although there was a small issue with the towels in my room, the staff quickly helped replace them and clean the room.
I also checked out at 2:00 AM for an early flight, and Heru at the front desk was very kind and helpful in arranging a taxi to the airport.
Thank you for the excellent service. I had a very pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel for a few days exploring Jakarta
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Also decent distance to various sights. Breakfast had various options. I was able to check in early and was treated to a lovely snack delivered to my room.

Piccolo ma ospitale, il personale è fantastico. Vedendo che non sono riuscita a fare colazione non avendo trovato nulla di dolce ma solo piatti tipici. Mi hanno raggiunto in camera con tre waffel solo per
me. Troppo gentili

The location, it was near food stalls however the vicinity is gated and you have to drive further to get in late at night

Cons:

Our door lock was not properly functioning. it was reported at 8 am prior to us leaving, We got back late and the door was locked with our things inside. It took them a long time to break the door so we can get our things since we were in a hurry to get to the train to Yogyakarta. The Airconditioning unit is not cooling as expected

Pros:

Het was een mooie kamer en een goede ligging. De mall is erg dichtbij en ook voor de deur heb je wat kraampjes. Probleem met de eerste kamer maar het personeel is vriendelijk en heeft ons een andere kamer gegeven en extra schoon gemaakt.

Cons:

Het ontbijt is simpel en is 70k pp. Het is rijst en noodles. We zouden inchecken om 13:00 maar helaas was het beddengoed smerig, er lagen veel haren in de kamer en het rook super muf. We zijn terug naar de receptie gegaan en gezegd dat we een andere kamer willen. Hierna konden we om 14:00 inchecken en was er echt een veel betere en schonere kamer. Alles goed voor elkaar uiteindelijk.
