Excellent hotel!
Pros:

We highly recommend this hotel! The rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable, housekeeping is done daily, and the air conditioning works perfectly.
The buffet breakfast is absolutely delicious. A big thank you to all the hotel staff—they are incredibly kind and were always happy to help whenever we needed anything.
We stayed here for a week and booked several room types: a Superior Room and a Room with a Sauna. The room with the sauna is definitely worth trying—everyone should experience it at least once!
We will definitely come back the next time we're in Jakarta.

A comfortable stay at an affordable price
Pros:

My stay here was smooth from start to finish. Even before I flew from the Philippines, I had already made a few requests, and they fulfilled every one of them. Special thanks to Heru and the entire team for making my stay so comfortable and making me feel right at home. I didn't encounter any major issues throughout my stay. I'll definitely be coming back here next year.

Cons:

During my first 24 hours at the property, the room keycard system was under maintenance. I completely understood the situation, so it wasn't a big deal to me. I actually felt a little guilty because every time I left and returned to my room, I had to ask one of the staff to accompany me and unlock the door for me. 😅

There was also a small leak in the bathroom, but it was fixed promptly. Overall, these minor issues didn't affect my stay at all and were definitely not a big deal for me.

Good hotel in Gajah Mada
Pros:

I stayed here for three nights. This is located in the hearts of Gajah Mada central Jakarta. Very convenient location. Walking distance to Gajah Mada plaza. Check in was smooth and didn't even take a minute.
Breakfast was ok. Staff were very friendly and supportive.
What I liked was the convenience of the location.

Cons:

Dated rooms and bedding. The hotel need a service upgrade specially with bed linen and pillows.
The white linen and pillows have turned into off white over the years.
The towels were torn and had visible marks on wear and tear.
Washroom had water leakages..
They didn't have an iron so I couldn't iron my cloths. It was my bad for not checking for an iron when booking.

Pros:

I had a great stay at this hotel. Although there was a small issue with the towels in my room, the staff quickly helped replace them and clean the room.
I also checked out at 2:00 AM for an early flight, and Heru at the front desk was very kind and helpful in arranging a taxi to the airport.
Thank you for the excellent service. I had a very pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel for a few days exploring Jakarta
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Also decent distance to various sights. Breakfast had various options. I was able to check in early and was treated to a lovely snack delivered to my room.
