Great for location, friendly staff, very competitive prices but tired rooms.
Pros:

Location is perfect for sightseeing, also well placed for an airport run. Terrace was amazing. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was exceptionally cheap.

Cons:

Room smelt of smoke and was very tired. It was clean, but fixtures were worn and lacked plug points that you would normally expect. Bathroom was cramped.

Уютно и в центре
Pros:

Отель понравился, чистый номер, вид с балкона отдельная песня. Уезжали ночью из отеля, администратор любезно предложил нам breakfast box, что было приятно с его стороны. Чисто и уютно. Рекомендую!

Rooms are a bit outdated. Restaurant and bar closed before 11 in the evening. The Breakfast was like 2 vegetables and some cheese so not worth it

Самый лучший вид из балкона, который сразу настраивает на колорит Тбилиси.
Pros:

Очень понравилось расположение, сам отель - под старину, в самом центре старого города, с лучшим видом с балкона. Особенно понравилось, что нам сделали бесплатный апгрейд номера - учли наше пожелание и за цену брони стандартного номера дали номер с балконом, СПАСИБО! В номере все было чисто, уютно, комфортно. Все понравилось! Персонал был отзывчив, в ресторане на ужине было очень вкусно!
