Man fühlt sich total wohl durch das wirklich sehr freundliche und aufmerksames Personal.
Das Essen war sehr gut.
Hoteleigener Wellnessbereich ist ruhig und großzügig.
Die Kinder im Hoteleigenen Pool waren extrem laut und wild, Bomben vom Beckenrand und lautes toben, da sollte es einen eigenen Bereich für Kinder geben.
Das Hotel ist schon in die Jahre gekommen, das sollte man wissen.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und rundum bemüht, Zimmer sind ruhig und sehr sauber, 5 Gänge Menü, das Buffet für die Kinder am Abend, sowie das Frühstück waren sehr lecker. Gerne kommen wir wieder.
Alles perfekt und köstliches Frühstück
Sehr schönes Hotel mit angenehmer Atmosphäre. Die Zimmer waren sauber, die Lage zur Therme perfekt und insgesamt eignet sich das Hotel sehr gut zum Entspannen. Auch der Wellnessbereich und das gesamte Ambiente haben uns gut gefallen.
Der Service an der Rezeption war leider nicht immer überzeugend. Teilweise wirkte der Umgang eher kühl und wenig hilfsbereit, obwohl man sich gerade beim Empfang etwas mehr Freundlichkeit und Serviceorientierung wünschen würde.
Sehr gute Küche und wunderschön angerichtete Teller am Abend. Frühstücks Buffet mit sehr großer Auswahl und ganz positiv zu werten keine riesigen Müll Mengen( z.B.: keine Papierservietten, keine kleinen Marmeladen Verpackungen)
