Very helpful and cheerful staff, very clean and most of all very comfortable mattresses, breakfast was very good. I found this hotel very safe especially the garage as we were with our car. We will visit again for sure.

Ein Pool war vorhanden.

Cons:

Leider hatten wir einen sehr schlechten Start in unseren Aufenthalt. Unser ursprüngliches Zimmer roch stark muffig (nach "Käsefuß") und auch intensives Lüften hat daran nichts geändert. Bei genauerem Hinsehen fiel zudem auf, dass die Unterseite des Betttoppers in einem unhygienischen, absolut inakzeptablen Zustand war.

Positiv anzumerken ist, dass das Personal professionell reagiert hat und wir anstandslos in ein Partnerhotel umgebucht wurden. Der große Nachteil: Dieses Hotel lag 40 Minuten entfernt. Das hat uns viel Zeit gekostet und die Reiseplanung durcheinandergebracht. Gut gelöst, aber der erste Eindruck war leider ein Schock.

Entspannter Aufenthalt für den Besuch von Catania!

Tolle großzügige Suite für die Familie!

Cons:

Nicht direkt im Zentrum gelegen. Mit dem Bus konnte man aber alle 15 min ins Zentrum kommen.
