Pros:

The perfect location
The lady on the reception was super nice.
The rooms were clean and spotless.
There is no elevator, so if you don’t feel comfortable to climb up the stairs, request the rooms on the ground floor.
We will definitely come back if we have a chance to visit Chiangmai.

Cons:

J'ai séjourné quatre nuits dans cet hôtel et mon expérience a été très décevante. J'avais accepté de payer un tarif élevé pour obtenir une chambre au rez-de-chaussée, l'établissement ne disposant pas d'ascenseur. À mon arrivée, on m'a pourtant attribué une chambre à l'étage. Lorsque j'ai rappelé ma réservation, on m'a conduit dans une chambre au rez-de-chaussée, où un déshumidificateur affichait 75 % d'humidité. Une forte odeur d'humidite y régnait. Étant allergique, il m'était impossible d'y dormir. J'ai donc été contraint d'accepter une chambre à l'étage et de monter un long escalier plusieurs fois par jour.
Malgré mes réclamations répétées, aucune compensation ne m'a été proposée. La chambre était correcte, mais le lit était trop ferme et aucun surmatelas n'était disponible. Le coffre-fort était inutilisable en raison d'un système électronique défectueux, de sa petitesse et du fait qu'il n'était pas scellé. Enfin, la prétendue « vue sur le jardin » était très trompeuse : il s'agissait simplement d'une étroite allée pavée bordée d'un mur. Je ressors avec le sentiment d'avoir payé bien trop cher pour des prestations qui ne correspondaient pas à la promesse.

NO ELEVATOR. STAFF DONT SPEAK ENGLISH. THEY DONT HAVE BABY BEDS. ROOM NOT CLEAN
Pros:

Nothing BOUTIQUE except the embroidered towel. Room was dusty and ancient. No lift. They dont have baby beds.

Cons:

They said they would provide a baby bed, and they gave us an UNSAFE folding bed that was super uncomfortable. NO ELEVATOR. You have to carry your luggage. Staff dont speak english. They just nod their head and smile and dont have a clue of what youre saying

Pros:

Buona posizione. Camera abbastanza accogliente, pulizia quotidiana con cambio asciugamani giornaliero e rifornimento d'acqua in camera. Il bagno magari dovrebbe essere rinnovato ma nel complesso accettabile per gli standard thailandesi.

Cons:

Purtroppo non c'è la colazione anche se la struttura avrebbe un piccolo bar ma vuoto, comunque nelle vicinanze ci sono vari locali dove poter andare.
