Nicely appointed rooms. 40min from DPS airport. Staff very friendly and helpful. Organised an airport transfer for us.

Cons:

Little bit out of the city so taxi hard to get late at night near the resort but you can book private taxi through the resort.

Pros:

Staff are excellent, all very friendly. Restaurant does a very good lunch/dinner. Breakfast is fine. Beautiful pool to relax by. Room service is very handy. Very close to Pandawa beach. It's a bit isolated from the rest of Ungasan but the proximity to the beach is the pay-off.

Cons:

Nothing really. There is a lot of new construction going on in that area however it isn't so close that noise is a problem.

A Perfect Place to Relax – We Will Definitely Be Back!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Puri Pandawa Resort. It is an ideal place to relax and unwind for a few days, especially after visiting busy cities. The accommodation is beautiful, comfortable, and set in a peaceful environment.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We especially appreciated the daily communication via WhatsApp, which made everything easy and convenient. The food was excellent, and we enjoyed every meal.

A great bonus is the complimentary shuttle service to the nearby beaches. The beaches are beautiful and offer plenty of options for food, drinks, and entertainment, so there is always something to do if you wish.

Cons:

The only potential downside for some guests is the location of the resort. The immediate surroundings offer only a limited number of restaurants and shops, so if you prefer a lively area within walking distance, this may not be the best choice.

Pros:

От аэропорта 45 минут на такси. Автобусами не пользовались. Понравились как виллы, так и номера. Всё чисто, каждый день приборка, моют полы, раковину. Будьте внимательны с мусорными пакетами в ведрах: они у них не выбрасываются. Бассейн небольшой, неглубокий, чистый. На кухне готовят хорошо, за 12 дней без отравлений, включенные завтраки хорошие. Цены на пообедать-поужинать адекватные. Пляжи в пешей доступности: Pandawa и Timbis. Оба с рифами в 150 метрах от берега, оптимальны для детей. Дно безопасное, можно без аквашузов, но мы не рисковали. N.B.! Изучите график приливов-отливов. Из отеля каждые два часа пускают беспланый шатл по договоренности. Массажные процедуры на территории отеля. Рекомендуем ознакомиться самостоятельно, их никто не навязывает. Маленький супермаркет Pepito в 2-х км, можно ходить пешком. Криминала, попрошаек не встречали.

Cons:

Встреча с природной фауной не исключена, это тропики. Обезьян не кормить. На ночь на улице ничего не оставляли. Днём с сушилки ничего не пропадало.

Overall okay, but the bathroom should really be improved, especially for a “4 star” hotel. Except that, it is good value
Pros:

The staff was nice and the food was tasty with multiple options to choose from. The pool was also nice.

Cons:

The villa was okay, but nothing special. It was quite dark. The bathroom was in my opinion the worst part of the villa that we rented. There was mold on the curtain and the shower and bathtub were rusty.
The first motorbike that we rented from them had faulty brakes which were unsafe, but they replaced it with another one afterwards.

Wonderful 2-day stay
Pros:

Wonderful place, quiet, very cosy and high standard accommodation, the pool area is very nice and surrounded by tropical vegetation, Nice breakfast and dinner there. We tried the Bali massage in the SPA and it was great. They gave us a ticket to go explore the beach nearby. We went by Scooter. Having a scooter is recommended for this area but in case you don t have, they also organise shuttle 3 times a day to take you to the beach

Cons:

Nothing..
Maybe just the welcome drink hehe, a fresh fruit juice or a cold tea is nicer than powder and water but I may be difficult with drinks :)
