Leider war das sehr kurz. Es war nur eine Nacht. aber Aufenthalt im Hotel war unvergesslich.
Pros:

Hotelzimmer war Super ausgestattet. Man fühlte sich sehr wohl. Es gab alles, was wir eigentlich bräuchte. personal sehr freundlich und vorkommend. Würde ich gern noch mal diese Unterkunft buchen

Pros:

The staff were so friendly and helpful, the restaurant is the best in Bishkek. We tried a couple of other restaurants and left them because they were so poor in comparison to the hotel restaurant

Nice hotel, but with bad AC
Pros:

Great room (-AC), very good breakfast and the restaurant looked nice.

Cons:

The AC in the room was not working properly. We heard other guests had the same problem. It was much warmer in the room than the hallway of the hotel. Asked for someone to look at it, but did not help- we got a huge fan that helped.

Our Favorite Hotel in Central Asia – Hotel Evropa, Bishkek.
Hotel Evropa Bishkek stands out as our favorite hotel during our tour of Central Asia. The hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious, and the complimentary breakfast is excellent. Its central location is another big plus, with shopping malls, restaurants, and major city attractions all within walking distance.
Special thanks go to front desk receptionist Nurzhamul and security officer Aziz, who went above and beyond to help us during a medical emergency involving my wife that night. Both were incredibly helpful in arranging an ambulance to take us to the nearest hospital. Nurzhamul was especially thoughtful in helping translate our conversations with the nurses from English to Kyrgyz, as English is not widely spoken in Kyrgyzstan.
Thankfully, after our hospital visit, my wife felt much better by the following morning and was able to continue with the rest of our Central Asia tour.
We are truly grateful to Nurzhamul and Aziz for their kindness, compassion, and assistance during a stressful and frightening moment. Their actions made a lasting impression on us and made our stay at Hotel Evropa even more memorable.
If we ever return to Bishkek, we would definitely choose Hotel Evropa again. We wholeheartedly give the hotel and its wonderful staff five stars! Highly recommended!

A pleasant surprise and a very good stay.
Pros:

The rooms were clean and newly furnished. The breakfast was excellent. It exceeded my expectations with a good and substantial spread of savoury and sweet items. From beef stroganoff to cheese pancakes and open-faced sandwiches/bruschettas, the food was tasty. The hotel staff was also helpful.

Cons:

The room is small and it would not be easy to open a large suitcase. Soundproofing of the rooms can be improved; we encountered some noisy neighbours in the rooms near us. The noisy guests were not the hotel's fault but good soundproofing would help.

Cons:

Маленькая комната, две кровати поставили и сумки уже некуда поставить. Собственно, это основной дискомфорт.

Shower tap fell off during 2nd stay in “superior” room though maintenance came quickly to replace
