We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel - everything was great, starting from the breakfast or dinner in the very stylish restaurant to the spacious and modern-looking rooms and nice sauna facilities. The location is also ideal for getting to know the city or starting daytrips into the surrounding outskirts and beautiful nature. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. We would love to return any time and can only highly recommend a stay in this hotel!

The location. It is near parks, supermarket, eatery and very helpful front desk staff, especially Ms Jipara and Ms Nurjamal. They are friendly and helpful. I was going to cross land birder into Kazakhstan. They made sure the destination address in my Yandex is correct.
Also the wonderfully green restaurant for breakfast. It is a very calming place to slowly eat your breakfast which comes with hot booking.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights at the beginning of our trip and 1 night at the end of the trip. The staff was welcoming, caring, and most importantly - they spoke and understood English and there was excellent communication. Large and excellent rooms, although at the end of the trip the room was smaller.... Varied and wonderful breakfast. The hotel is in a central location.

Het hotel lag net te ver om op loopafstand naar de plekken te gaan die we graag wilde. Daarnaast sprak het personeel die we zagen erg slecht Engels waardoor de ontvangst tegenviel en vragen ook moeilijk beantwoord werden.
My stay at Hotel Evropa in Bishkek was truly exceptional.
What impressed me most was the outstanding dedication, kindness, and professionalism of the entire staff. No matter the request or question, they were always ready to help with a smile and genuine care. Their support made my stay not only comfortable but also memorable.
The breakfasts and dinners served in the hotel restaurant were excellent. The food was delicious, varied, and prepared with great attention to quality. It was always a pleasure to start and end the day there.
I was also very pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel and the comfort of the room. Everything was maintained to a high standard, creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay.
I will certainly recommend Hotel Evropa to colleagues, friends, and fellow travelers visiting Bishkek. Moreover, I will gladly choose this hotel again during my next visit to the city.

Das Hotel liegt ziemlich zentral. Ein Supermarkt befindet sich 5 Fußminuten entfernt, zum nächsten Einkaufszentrum sind es 10 Minuten und die Hauptsehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt erreicht man zu Fuß in 20-25 Minuten.
Das Zimmer war sehr groß und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für ein paar Tage Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte gut, das Warmwasser im Bad ließ sich ebenfalls gut regeln.
Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Die Frühstücks-Auswahl am Buffet war in Ordnung.
- Man hörte nachts recht viel Verkehrslärm
- Die Minibar (Kühlschrank) war nachts sehr laut, ich musste den Stecker ziehen
- Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht zuverlässig
- Das WLAN hätte etwas stabiler sein können
- Am zweiten Tag ging ich um 9 Uhr zum Frühstück - es war fast nichts mehr da und wurde auch nicht neu aufgefüllt
Great & central Location, everything clean, Gym available, very good breakfast. It was also possible to store my luggagge due to early arrival. Very friendly staff!
