Está limpido habitación super grande
La persona que nos atendio a la entrada del comedor.No teniamos reserva da la cena pero en recepción nos indicaron que podíamos acceder pagando la cena.Nuestra sorpresa fue al ir a cenar un señor antipático y mal educado dijo que el comedor estaba lleno y que era imposible.Por suerte una chica del bar muy amable nos puso unas patatas y olivas ya que no tenía otra cosa y pudimos descansar con algo en el estómago
Deluxe room was spacious and spotlessly clean apart fron the terrace.
The outdoor bar and restaurant were closed..Staff lied to me at recpetion, twice !
I needed to change my room as terrace doors would not open. - cleaner must have known that?! I was told the hotel was full.and that the repair guy was at another hotel. I told her that I did not believe her but she just shrugged. I went away and found deluxe rooms available on Booking.com and Agoda! I went back to the desk and she said thay there were a few rooms butt non deluxe. I said she was mistaken and showed he the rooms on my phone. Miraculously she found another deluxe room ! Such terrible customer service.
Dining room was full of pensioners on a special deal. Only buffet available. They were like locusts ! Poor quality food - dinner in a 4 star hotel should not be pasta, pizza or sausages !
Overall very disapppinting.
Espaço e piscina
A porta da varanda que não abria, o cofre que não funcionava, a televisão em que os canais só funcionavam de vez em quando, as cortinas só fechavam de um lado, etc, etc,etc…….
Position was just where we wanted to be.

Prices in bar very reasonable for 4 star seafront Hotel.
Thought parking at 15€ per night for "corrugated tin roof over car" was expensive and could have been more staff on reception.
La cerca que esta de la playa.
Las habitaciones son bastante amplias así como el baño, también el buffet por lo variado que era, también la cercanía a las playas.
Creo que le falta más animación por la noche y una piscina climatizada que no tiene.

La ubicacion, Tranquilidad no habia saturacion de personas, que admitieran mascotas y el intento del personal de restaurante y cafeteria que habia poco profesional y los ayudantes con ganas de satisfacer al cliente
El Restaurante y cafeteria casi un desastre, sobre todo el dia 8 de septiembre, a parte de comida muy repetitiva durante la estancia y poca calidad, ese dia fue un caos, a la hora de la comida solo dos camareros que no les daba tiempo a servir y limpiar mesas, calculo que estariamos uno ciento y pico para comer y la pobre camarera con lagrimas en los ojos de impotencia y de algun que otro comentario que recibio, sin tener culpa ninguna. En la cafeteria tres cuartos de lo mismo, que aparte de que somos muy exigentes, el camarero, cuando le tocaba turno, perdia los papeles por estar el solo en cafeteria o acompañado de algu ayudante que no sacaba faena. lols dias que estaba de descanso, dos chicas que las pobres iban a paso de burra
El personal muy atento
La piscina sucia con moo dentro en las rendijas y en el bar una holotipo desagradable. La piscina deja mucho que desear. El desayuno todos los días lo mismo.

La ubicación, el hall de entrada. El hotel, en general, es bonito. Se agradece que admitan perros (15€ la noche si es pequeño).
El aseo olía a orines, a pesar de tirar de la cadena continuamente. La alcachofa de la ducha estaba rota. La puerta corredera del balcón era casi imposible de abrir. En el baño ya no ponen ni siquiera pañuelos de papel: solo jabón de manos aguado y champú. Son detalles mínimos que estropean la estancia en un hotel que, por su aspecto, promete tanto.
No se entiende que por un parking exterior en un pueblo pequeño te cobren 15€ la noche.
