Extremely comfortable, well located hotel with very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff.
Pros:

Booked a double and a twin room - double was a little small but twin was very spacious. Breakfast was good - very fresh and choice of hot and cold and staff were very welcoming and attentive. Rooms cleaned well. Location was superb - less than 10 mins from the bus station and a few minutes from the restaurants and shops.

Cons:

We were very pleased with every aspect.

Pros:

The hotel is clean, the breakfast was great, hotel staff was wonderful. The hotel is located two blocks down from the main heavy touristy streets. Really appreciated the fact that it was quiet at night.

No real natural light in rooms just from the light well - curtains didn’t cover windows. Gym was very hot and issues about it opening at 8am

The room had one narrow window by the door so lacked natural light. A plastic undersheet made it very uncomfortable for sleeping.
