المكان جميل عشان وسط الحديقة فقط

انا حجزت على الصور والمعلومات الي توضح انها غرفتين متصلتين بباب بالداخل ولاكن تفاجأت وضعونا ال 4 اشخاص بغرفه واحده فقط وكانت تتطل على انابيب للمكيف والتهويه وكانت غير حديثة مو زي ماحجزت انها مطله على النهر والحديقه والجبال وكان حجز اخوي نفسي لاكن من امريكا ف اهتمو فيه ووضعوه بغرفه حديثة وجيده بالتهويه والاضاءه ف كانت بالنسبه لي عنصريه منهم للاسف لم تعجبني الاقامه بسبب عدم المصداقيه بالحجز والبيانات المدخله تحت الصور واضرارانا للبقاء بالغرفه هذه بحجة انه لا يوجد غرف متاحة ولم يتعاونو معي ابدا

Otelin konumu, personelin ilgisi güler yüzü, altındaki restoranın ilgisi, odaların konforu gayet iyiydi.

Cons:

Ramazan ayında gittik ve akşamları restoranda sürekli iftar daveti vardı o yüzden servis çok gecikti ama anlaşılabilir bir durum. Bu arada mercimek çorbası içmeyin, bize hiç uymuyot ve tadı çok kötü.

Locatie mooi maar service ondermaats
Pros:

De locatie en kleinschaligheid van het hotel, het heeft zn charme. Verder naar achter buiten het hotel zit Vrelo Bosne.

Cons:

Er zijn ons zeker wat zaken opgevallen, de plek zelf is mooi gelegen aan een park en verder naar achter is Vrelo Bosne. Het personeel is beleefd maar ook soms niet initiatiefnemend. Ook is er wat renovatie nodig. In het hotel zelf zijn ons wat faciliteiten en voorzieningen tegengevallen. De bedden zijn veels te hard, (dit hebben we buiten het hotel om enigzins kunnen oplossen) het hotel is zich ervan bewust maar ze doen er niks aan. Het ontbijt is erg karig en wordt niet aangevuld. Er is personeelstekort, er komen ook veel gasten van buiten hotel om te zitten in restaurant en terras je krijgt het soms koud geserveerd ook moet je lang wachten op je eten/drinken. Op booking.com staat dat er airco aanwezig is, maar zij hebben de airco, mogelijk om kosten te besparen niet aangezet terwijl het erg warm was. Dit kon echt niet! Ook was er 2 dagen geen warm water dit is ook niet gecommuniceerd in het hotel.
