o serviço de arrumação ficou a desejar quanto ao horário.
Pros:

Café da manhã não valia o preço cobrado. Muito básico.

Cons:

Fiquei 3 dias sem televisão. O sistema de TV caiu em todos os Marriot da região.

Loved the AC Marriott!! Cruise vacation!!
Pros:

We stayed before and after a cruise. Loved the pool area and the free coffee in the mornings. Mo the manager is so professional and accommodating!! He always has a smile on his face, and it was a pleasure to talk to about the area and restaurants available. We ate at Bar taco and Graziano’s. Both had excellent service and food!! My husband absolutely loved Graziano’s!! Try the lasagna and steak tips!! Beds and pillows were comfortable and I loved the overall decor of the hotel. It was easy to get a Lyft as well. Starbucks and many other restaurants are right across the street. Very convenient location!!

Hotel para uma noite, viagem rápida de negócios, no máximo

Localização muito boa, bons restaurantes e shopping próximos.
Estacionamento adequado e fácil.

Cons:

Barulho do ar condicionado no quarto, banheiro com mal cheiro, café da manhã em uma sala fechada, variedade e qualidade ruins.

Could have been a lot better this time

The worst experience I had in a Marriott brand
Pros:

We were going to stay 4 nights. I have a high standing at Bonboy and love the brand.
When we arrived it was a cold day in Florida. The room was freezing to the point that we brought a chocolate bar at night that was soft and in the morning it was hard just keeping it out. We tried. To heat the room and the heater didn’t work. We had an engineer come up and he said that this hotel doesn’t have heating. They send us a blanket that was thin and useless. We didn’t shower because it was very cold. Also the tv wasn’t working and the floors were dirty. We decided to leave the hotel that we had never done before. We reported this the next morning when we left and nobody called after as they promised and nothing was done. We have stayed in low budget hotels from the chain with great experience as in their high end. We asked if they had a portable heater and they did not. Unless something changes in this hotel I would not recommend it. I hate to do this review because we love the chain and had fantastic experiences.
