Convenience and comfortable
Moderner Einrichtungsstil, bequeme Zimmer und sehr freundliches junges Personal.
Ziemlich weit außerhalb von London, aber die nächste DLR Station war nur 5min zu Fuß entfernt.
Moderno, pulito, ottima colazione. Grazie alla vicina stazione DLR è possibile raggiungere ogni zona di Londra comodamente.
Aggiungerei solo un armadio o qualche appoggio/sedia in più per i vestiti. Anche in bagno un solo appendino per asciugamano è troppo poco

A localização é ótima para se locomover de carro. De transportes, no entanto, é preciso andar um pouco, mas nada que prejudique a estadia.

The location is pretty bad. There is not really anything around it/nearby. You can however order online. Besides that the drinks at the hotel are very expansive. It’s like almost 12 euros for two waters….
Très jolie chambre ! Service nettoyage au top tous les jours ! Personnel gentil et accueillant. L’hôtel en lui-même est très sympa et bien décoré.
Il n’y avait pas d’armoire ou de commode pour ranger ses vêtements dans ma chambre. Ce n’est pas si grave car je ne suis restée que 3 jours, mais pour ce serait sympa pour les voyageurs qui restent plus longtemps.

Very warm, friendly greeting from the staff. The gentleman on the desk was really helpful and gave us some transport guidance which was very helpful. We enjoyed a complimentary arrival drink. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed for a one night stay. Close to the O2 which is where we went. Station less than 5 minutes away, a quick change to the jubilee line at Canning Town and we were there. Plenty to choose from for breakfast. A casual and quirky ambience

Reception staff is terrible a long queue of people to check in-out and they working in the bar serving beers. Terrible 12 minutes wait
