Idéalement situé
Pros:

Emplacement parfait, personnel aux petits soins. On a apprécié le salon à l’entrée de l’hôtel et le service de bagagerie jusqu’à 22h. Sympa aussi les jeux de société a disposition.

Cons:

Chambre petite. Pas de place pour stocker les valises.

Demasiado caro para lo que ofrece
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente y la habitación muy cómoda. No tomamos el desayuno ofrecido por el hotel porque no estaba incluido en el precio y nos resultaba caro. Lo que pagamos por alojarnos 4 noches ameritaria que el desayuno estuviese incluido.

Cons:

El precio para 2 personas por 4 noches es exhorbitante. Aunque el apart este en la Royal Mile, en el corazón de Edimburgo, no lo vale. Sobre todo porque ni siquiera ofrece el desayuno incluido en el precio. Además, en la descripción se incluía lavadora pero, al consultar porque no la encontramos en la habitación, nos dijeron que estaba disponible en un sector destinado a lavandería y que el uso tanto la lavadora como la secadora tenía un costo extra. Ni siquiera un lavado incluido en el precio!!!!

Empfangsraum freundlich und dekorativ, bequeme Betten, gutes Angebot beim Frühstück, gute Lüftung des Raumes, angenehm ausgerüstetes Bad, zentrale Lage

Cons:

Minimalistisch Ausstattung der Küche (Geschirr, Gläser …), kein Tischchen o.ä. zum Sitzen beim zB. Kaffeetrinken, nur seitliche Bretter an der Wand, kaum direkte USB-Eingänge zum Laden

Está muy bien ubicado

Cons:

Habitaciones oscuras, muy viejas y usadas, pequeñísimas. Baño con bañera (bien alta además) y grifos viejos. Cocina mal equipada, sin tostador, con una cafetera con cápsulas difíciles de encontrar en el supermercado. Limpio sin más.

Het hotel was goed. Ik vond de kamer wel wat klein.

Cons:

Ik vind het nogal flauw dat je voor een vroege check-in ( we waren er om 1 uur) extra moet gaan betalen terwijl de kamer wel gereed is. Kosten van ontbijt is 20 pond per persoon en dat vind ik niet bepaald goedkoop. Maar buiten de duur eten is ook prijzig. Edinburgh is een een dure stad.

We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful country! Would definitely recommend staying here for a very pleasant experience!

We loved how close it was to all the sites we wanted to see. It was clean, comfortable and the staff was very friendly.

Cons:

I think breakfast should be included for every guest even if you’re only staying for four days.

Standing outside my room.
Pros:

I have 2 rooms here 305 and 307.
305 AC is not working and in 307 the door is not opening because of door lock batteries down.
I am getting no help from the reception and standing outside my room.
I am travelling with my 7 year old kid., he is not able to sleep in 305 because of AC problem.
It’s 11:45 and my whole family is suffering because of this hotel.
Even after paying for these expensive rooms we are not able to sleep in them.

Good hotel.
Pros:

Spacious. Close to all attractions. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast. Held luggage after check out, helped with taxi ordering.

Cons:

There was a hot water issue. Took 2 days for them to fix. But staff was able to provide another room until issue was fixed after we made a fuss about it. Could have handled it better.
