Que tenga habitaciones tradicionales, encontrar los futones colocados, tener desayuno incluido, guardar el equipaje el día del check-in, que tuvieran té para subir a la habitación, silencioso, etc.

la moquette in giro per l'albergo lascia un'odore un po' di stantio.

La ubicaciió i que té parquing.

Cons:

És un hitel vell i caduc. Li falta una regorma urgent. Qualitat preu molt malament. L'habitació és antiga, els llits correctes però li falta renovar o baixar el preu. L'esmorzar nonuustifica el.preu elevat comparat en d'aktres hotels de Japó.

立地は良いけど、お値段相当のサービス
Pros:

スタッフが親切。
予めお願いしておいた屋根付き駐輪スペースを利用できた (豪雨でとっても助かった)。
旧市街地や朝一からも程よい距離間で便利だった。
チェックイン前に夕食買い出し用のスーパー情報とか色々教えてもらえた。

Cons:

朝食は「取り敢えず提供しますよー」的な最低限をちょい下回る内容だった。欧州の家族経営のちっさなホテルとかだと食事の手を抜くことはないのに、折角の歴史的な立地を活かして地場ものを提供してくれれば良いのに。(感覚的には米国のHoliday Inn以下かな)
内風呂はビジホチックなちっさなユニットバス。無いよりはまし程度か。
WiFiは有ったけれど、外部との接続が切れまくり。不安定すぎ。
チェックインは3時5分ほど前にチェックインさせてもらえたけれど、それまで小一時間程ロビーで待たされた。同じ様に西洋系の女性も待たされていた。その後複数の西洋系旅行者がチェックインしているのを見るに、バックパッカー向けにサービスを寄せているのかもしれない。

喫煙可で格安、観光地直結で満点でした。
Pros:

隣が国分寺？で三重の塔が聳え立ち立地として高評価、またメインの道路から直ぐのため観光町ブラにはベストの立地、早目に到着し車を置いてチェックイン前に十分観光と食事が出来ました。ネット予約で割引もあり、朝食込みで格安で宿泊出来て感謝です。

Cons:

ユニットバスでトイレ共有にて水が飛び散ると、マットとバスタオル一枚では不足でした。また、トイレの便座が小さ目と感じました。宿泊者の半数が外国人だったので、不便かと思います。
