Pros:

What an absolutely beautiful place to stay! Excellent facilities, care and location....beautiful views and entertainment. Delicious breakfast and very caring staff too. Cannot wait to go back!!!

Great location but selling economy basement rooms as deluxe category
Pros:

Nicely located and beautiful architecture, good quality of food, great swimming pool area and wonderful service

Cons:

- They sell basement level (-1 really) as deluxe rooms with very limited daylight and they call a view of surrounding bushes city view. They say they try to solve the problem but the only solution is either big extra payment for another room or the same type of room with the same lack of daylight
- Breakfast is rather limited in choice as for a 5 star hotel, no fish and not many vegetables
- strange rules not allowing guests to eat at some tables outside and only drink at some others, waiters agree that it’s all strange but they can’t bring you the food to all tables

Gran Hotel en Málaga
Pros:

Nada más llegar te hacen sentir que es un lugar especial. El hall y las instalaciones están fenomenal y las habitaciones muy bien decoradas y con un ambiente perfecto. El acceso a la playa con zona reservada está muy bien. Zona de la piscina muy agradable.

Cons:

Pues dos cosas:
1. La insistencia en la recepción por coger el desayuno que yo no necesitaba. Veo bien que me lo.propongan pero no esa insistencia.
2. Lo que más me incómodo con diferencia fue que estuve en el hotel mientras se disputaba el mundial de futbol y quise ver algunos partidos en las televisiones de la piscina que disponían también de cafetería. Pues me resultó muy incómodo la insistencia en que consumiese, que más bien me recordaba a un bar de barrio que a un hotel como este. Simplemente quería ver el partido tranquilamente y si no me apetece tomar nada más pues no deberían insistir. Era como si tuviese que dar explicaciones de que no me apetecia tomar nada más. Llego al punto que me marche de un partido a verlo a la habitación.
