Cons:

Stället kändes nedlagt! Ingen tvål, duschcreme på rummet, inget toapapper. TVn fungerade dåligt. Det luktade surt utanför huvudentrén som av väldigt gamla sopor. Vissa övergivna utrymmen i hotellet luktade också surt.

Dåligt flow på frukost och dålig märkning gällande tex gluten och laktos. God frukost dock. Otydlig markering av parkering.

Cons:

Dålig service vid incheckning, följde skriftliga instruktioner och ringde på klocka på disken, ingen kom. Vid förfrågan i restaurangen säger personalen att incheckning sker där. Ingen duschkräm eller schampo.
Skulle beställa mat i restaurangen, frågade personal vad pizzan Italiano innehåller fick till svar Jag vet inte, den är ny. Erbjöd sig inte att ta reda på det

Sehr nettes Personal der Rest naja...

Die Dame vom Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren sauber.

Cons:

Leider ist das Hotel schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und nicht renoviert worden.
Zudem fehlt es an Details, die einem eine Wohlfühlatmosphäre vermitteln. So waren während unserem gesamten Aufenthalt Dreck und Brösel auf dem Rezeptions-Tresen (erster Blick, wenn man reinkommt. Auch auf die Klingel an der Rezeption regaiert keiner, obwohl ein Schild steht, dass man klingeln soll. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist okay, persönlich gestört hat uns, dass das Knäckebrot und auch die Gläser mit Müsli am Nachmittag nach dem Frühstück nicht abgedeckt oder verschlossen worden sind, sondern offen da standen. Auch riecht es sehr streng und etwas eklig aus den Duschen im Zimmer, so, dass wir die Badtür immer geschlossen gehalten haben.

Pros:

Our group of children had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was very well organized, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They consistently helped us with any questions or requests and quickly resolved any issues that arose. We truly appreciated their care and support throughout our stay. We will gladly come back again and highly recommend this place to everyone. Thank you very much for such a great experience!
