The location was good.

Cons:

Unfortunately, we did not have a very welcoming experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt as though our presence was somewhat of an inconvenience. In particular, the lady who checked us in was quite unwelcoming, which made us feel uncomfortable during our stay.

Pros:

It's an average hotel that's a bit worn out and nothing special. Maybe nice thing about this place is the view from the terrace.

Cons:

The hotel is located uphill and no cars can get there, so walking with bags can be difficult for some. There is no elevator at the hotel, and if you have heavy bags, you might struggle. The AC system is quite old and was not working. I had to keep the door to the terrace open overnight, and a street cat walked into my room.

Pros:

Wir waren im obersten Stock mit Dachterrasse und hatten ein geräumiges und sauberes Zimmer mit wunderbarem Blick über Tiflis. Freunde hatten allerdings ein sehr kleines Zimmer und auch enges Badezimmer, das allerdings auch günstiger war. Daher jedoch ein Punkt Abzug. Das Frühstücksbüffet war reichhaltig. Georgisch und mitteleuropäisch. Taxi zum Flughafen vom Hotel organisiert. Hat prima geklappt. Hotel hat eine top Lage mitten in der Altstadt.

A stunning, cozy hotel near the center of Tbilisi, with plenty of restaurants, saunas, and other activities.

The staff is amazing, always smiling and very tactful. It was a pleasure interacting with them. I think they made our stay so enjoyable.

Cons:

I would really appreciate improving the breakfasts. There are very few healthy options for breakfast (mostly just pastries and rich salads), for example, at least eggs – you have to order them separately (if someone is available) and wait for them to be prepared.

Very calm, cozy and welcoming place to stay. Very recommended!
Pros:

We had no expectations but were completely surprised by the level and quality of service. Diana sent us helpful instructions before arrival. Victoria is the most charming and kind hotel manager I've seen, was very helpful and welcoming. Same with the kitchen area staff. We felt welcomed, safe, and cozy. The room was excellent, and breakfast was very good.

Cons:

During our stay, there was a minor water issue in Tbilisi, so at one point, there was no water at all. The next day, when it was back, it did not fully heat up, so it was cold. But that's not on the hotel, but the city's communal services.

Давно хотела тут остановиться, но всегда было занято, наконец то повезло ) я не пожалела, отличный камерный отель, аутентичный, вид супер. Завтраки супер. Еще и с живой классической музыкой!! В 8 утра, топ)) персонал отличный, спасибо
