Grösse des Zimmers, Lage, sehr nette Dame am Empfang, Kissen

Cons:

Bettdecke, Zufahrt sehr kompliziert, Parksituation (noch schlimmer als sonst schon in Tiflis), lustloses Frühstück, gescheiter Kaffee kostet extra, gehört alles mal wieder renoviert

We had such a wonderful stay at Kisi Hotel in Tbilisi and truly felt at home from the very first moment.
The location is perfect, everything is within easy walking distance. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained and very charming.
What made our stay really special was the atmosphere and the people — everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming and attentive. It felt very personal and almost like being part of a family.
The breakfast was absolutely amazing: everything tasted homemade and you could really feel the quality of the regional products. It was one of the highlights of our stay.
We enjoyed every single moment and would definitely come back. If we return to Tbilisi, this will 100% be our hotel again. Highly recommended!

Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Hotel-CEO Tariel Suari und Ia Parulava.deren Präsenz, Professionalität und authentische Gastfreundschaft das gesamte Haus prägen. Diese Haltung spiegelt sich konsequent im gesamten Team wider: Jeder Mitarbeiter agiert mit bemerkenswerter Aufmerksamkeit, Freundlichkeit und einem feinen Gespür für die Bedürfnisse der Gäste.großes Lob und Anerkennung an Vika, Lala, Nino, Gia und das Houskeeping Team sowie Die Küche.
Die Servicequalität ist schlichtweg erstklassig — diskret, effizient und zugleich persönlich. Man fühlt sich nicht nur willkommen, sondern wirklich geschätzt. Идеальный отель! Отличное расположение у серных бань, но нужно подниматься в горку. Такси можно вызвать к дверям, и когда возвращаетесь, можно позвонить на рецепшн и откроют шлагбаум, можно подъехать. Номера красивые, жили в двух категориях, номер делюкс с балконом и видом шикарный. Очень хорошие завтраки, не как в Европе стандарт, а с местным колоритом, даже хачапури есть. Много салатов, белка, сладкого, суп, сладости, соки, молочка. Играет по вечерам музыкант в баре, так приятно посидеть послушать. Ходят кошки, Киси даже в номер к нам приходила и вальяжно полежала с нами на кровати. Сотрудники супер! Одни положительные впечатления
