Wir waren im obersten Stock mit Dachterrasse und hatten ein geräumiges und sauberes Zimmer mit wunderbarem Blick über Tiflis. Freunde hatten allerdings ein sehr kleines Zimmer und auch enges Badezimmer, das allerdings auch günstiger war. Daher jedoch ein Punkt Abzug. Das Frühstücksbüffet war reichhaltig. Georgisch und mitteleuropäisch. Taxi zum Flughafen vom Hotel organisiert. Hat prima geklappt. Hotel hat eine top Lage mitten in der Altstadt.

The staff is amazing, always smiling and very tactful. It was a pleasure interacting with them. I think they made our stay so enjoyable.
I would really appreciate improving the breakfasts. There are very few healthy options for breakfast (mostly just pastries and rich salads), for example, at least eggs – you have to order them separately (if someone is available) and wait for them to be prepared.
We had no expectations but were completely surprised by the level and quality of service. Diana sent us helpful instructions before arrival. Victoria is the most charming and kind hotel manager I've seen, was very helpful and welcoming. Same with the kitchen area staff. We felt welcomed, safe, and cozy. The room was excellent, and breakfast was very good.
During our stay, there was a minor water issue in Tbilisi, so at one point, there was no water at all. The next day, when it was back, it did not fully heat up, so it was cold. But that's not on the hotel, but the city's communal services.
Давно хотела тут остановиться, но всегда было занято, наконец то повезло ) я не пожалела, отличный камерный отель, аутентичный, вид супер. Завтраки супер. Еще и с живой классической музыкой!! В 8 утра, топ)) персонал отличный, спасибо

Location and breakfast were awesome. Just steps to the Sulphur Baths. Breakfast was very home-like, with a lot of local dishes. Fresh salads and fruit, and yummy cakes.
Taxis do not come to the hotel door unless you specifically call for it, as there is a closed gate. It was about 3 minute walk uphill from the where the taxi normally drop you off. It was hard with suitcases and in general coming back from a busy day with an uphill walk on a coble ston street. Ideally to call reception to have them open the car gate.

Интересный интерьер и очень хорошие завтраки. Приветливый и очень веселый персонал.
Так как в отеле нет лифта, тяжеловато с чемоданами подниматься наверх, неплохо бы было, чтобы кто то из персонала помогал в этом. Отель находиться на горке, на которую очень сложно заехать на бусике. В помещении для завтраков один удобный боьшой стол, остальные маленькие и завтракать за ними очень неудобно.

Очень приятный персонал (особенно кошки), прекрасный завтрак, кондиционер работал хорошо, при закрытых окнах улицу не слышно
Если вы с большими или тяжелыми чемоданами, то будет не очень комфортно, так как проехать к отелю не факт, что получится, а отель на склоне холма. Лифта нет, номера небольшие, что подходит на одну-две ночи
