Great location near metro and old tiwn attractions.
Pros:

Location and great breakfast. . Nice terrace in 4th floor.

Cons:

Room small and no windows. Light in room and door ways need to have better lighting.. no lift

Great week in the best part of Tbilisi old town
Pros:

Location, breakfast and the stuff. It is boutique hotel, just 15 rooms. Every room is unique. Deluxe room with the terrace very well worth the money.

Cons:

Some showers do not have doors and the water splashes into the floor.

Very good breakfast, comfy bed, helpful staff

Cons:

The hotel is not accessible by taxi, meaning guests have to carry their luggage approximately 100 metres up a very steep hill. This is extremely difficult, especially for elderly guests or anyone with mobility issues. There is also no lift in the hotel, making it even more challenging to carry luggage to the rooms.
The hotel is in serious need of renovation and looks not like the pictures advertised online. The common areas are poorly maintained and need much better cleaning.
Overall, the condition of the hotel, lack of accessibility, and poor maintenance make it absolutely not worth the money. Very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend it, especially to elderly travellers.

Perfect luxury to end our trip to Georgia
Pros:

Beautiful hotel in a great location in Tbilisi. Very close to the botanic gardens and great restaurants nearby. The rooms were very comfortable and the shower was perfect. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options.

Cons:

The property is up a gated steep street and taxis can only stop at the bottom. Not a problem if you are able to manage luggage but worth being aware of.

The location was good.

Cons:

Unfortunately, we did not have a very welcoming experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt as though our presence was somewhat of an inconvenience. In particular, the lady who checked us in was quite unwelcoming, which made us feel uncomfortable during our stay.
