Personal del hotel copia mis datos de tarjeta y trata de hacer compras!

Cons:

El personal que me hizo el ingreso, una tal Dayana copio los datos de mi tarjeta y trato de hacer una compra en un local de cosmética! Por suerte me llegó el aviso por correo y la enfrente. Me juro que no había sido ella pero mintió ya que tenía la prueba de que al mismo horario en que estaba cobrándome la noche de hotel estaba tratando de hacer la compra de artículos de cosmética! Una vergüenza! Nadie tomó en serio mi caso en el hotel. Claramente se tapan entre ellos, aparentemente es algo habitual en ellos.

Mayor atención a los detalles.
Pros:

La señorita del desayuno fue muy amable, el desayuno estuvo delicioso, la habitación confortable.

Cons:

Encontré en el baño una toalla que pertenecía a un huésped anterior, la retiró la persona de ama de llaves pero no dio importancia, solicité room service al restaurante y demoró media hora en llegar, tuve que llamar una segunda vez para que me brindaran el servicio y el segundo día, solicité amenidades al personal de recepción (jabones porque éramos dos personas compartiendo una habitación doble y nunca los llevaron). Falta que sean más diligentes.

Decent and clean rooms with airport transfer
Pros:

The room was clean, comfortable, and met my expectations for a one-night stay. Everything appeared to be well maintained, and the overall condition of the room was satisfactory. I also liked the lobby area, which was spacious, pleasant, and well kept. It created a positive first impression and provided a comfortable space to relax or wait.

Cons:

The breakfast was the biggest disappointment during my stay. The selection was quite limited, and the overall quality was fairly average, especially considering the price of the hotel. Because of this, I felt that the room rate was a little too high for the value offered. I also noticed that the staff were mostly absent during my visit. However, since I only stayed for one night and had very little interaction with them, I don't think I had enough experience to make a fair judgment about the overall quality of their service.
