A very special thank you to Mr. Saleh, Customer Relations Manager, whose exceptional hospitality made our vacation truly unforgettable. He constantly checked on us to ensure every detail of our stay was perfect, making us feel genuinely valued and cared for.

Det är jättebra och fin hotel, rent och lugnt, trevliga personal som jobbar där, god mat, det finna en person som heter Saleh jättetrevlig och hjälpsam, han respektfullt och man känner sig bekväm.

Wonderful hotel, only a few small improvements away from perfection.
Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful, specially at main restaurant (Special thanks to Mr. Mohamed Soliman for his great effort),
Food was good,
Reception was understanding and helpful.
Aqua was fun,
Beach was nice,
Animation show was good.

Cons:

Food variety compared to other 5 star hotels, there was meat/chicken/fish but just one type of each,
Animation team wasn’t so friendly, also the chef making eggs was horrible,
Sea wasn’t clear and murky at the sandy part,
pool cleaning wasn’t perfect.
snacks weren’t the best,
beach restroom was horrible.

Buffet war riesig.

Houskeeping war etwas aufdringlich, kam immer wieder mit Nachschub trotz Meldung wir haben genug.

I really liked my hotel, it was close to the city center, we could go out to everything, we could walk in the evenings, the hotel itself is very child-friendly, everyone is very nice, the food is varied, we really liked it, the wi-fi didn't work, we told the reception, they came immediately, they replaced the router, plus they gave us a portable router, there were always clean towels on the beach, they weren't observant, but they were always helpful, I can only recommend the staff, there were two very serious managers, one of them is the manager Beshoy-Desk manager, he is very, very serious, I can only recommend it to everyone, come and try the hotel

Pros:

Our 3-day stay just before the diving safari was very pleasant and relaxing. All staff members were smiling, friendly, and helpful. There was a wide selection of food and soft drinks. We also received a free upgrade to a better room with a sea view. I can’t comment on the alcohol, as I am not much of a drinker. Highly recommended.
