Pros:

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra - jakieś 20 minut do centrum. Obsługa bardzo miła. Pokoje przestrzenne, dobre. Śniadania OK

Cons:

Ciepłe dania na śniadanie mogłyby być cieplejsze ( może należałoby pomyśleć o jakiś podgrzewaczach na przyszłość)

La un Hotel de 4 stele am simtit lipsa din baie de sampon,uscator de par
Piscina si jacuzii dupa ora 21.00 nu mai era incalzita,apa era destul de rece.
in timpul sederii de mai multe ori s-a pornit alarma ( inclusiv noaptea) era deranjant.

Personalen var trevlig. Rummet var rent..

Cons:

Det utlovades o man fick betala mer för samma rum om man ville ha spa o bassäng. När vi kom till hotellet var hela spa området stängt, de bjöd iof på en massage en halvtimme o ville man ha en helkroppsmassage fick man betala själv för den. AC’n fungerade inte på rummet, det var ca 30gr o kvalmigt. Frukosten var under all kritik, endast ett ljust bröd för rostning, dåligt med pålägg o grönsaker. Kaffet från en maskin smakade på riktigt illa.

Good Location and Comfortable Bed, but Disappointing Overall Experience
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable – we slept really well. The location is also very good, with the city centre easily accessible on foot without needing public transport.

Cons:

When we arrived in the room, the cover on the door handle came off and stayed in my hand. The next morning there was also a power outage. The whole street is currently being renovated, so that might have been the reason.

Breakfast:
I’m not sure whether this is normal practice at the hotel, but the breakfast buffet did not seem to be refilled continuously. We arrived at around 9:40 and had the impression that most of the food had already been eaten and only what was left was available.

Only after a particular item was completely finished did the staff bring out more. It would have been much better if the buffet had been checked and replenished regularly instead of waiting until everything was gone.

Wellness:
As soon as we entered the wellness area, there was an incredibly strong smell of chlorine. Either the water was heavily over-chlorinated or the ventilation was not working properly. We only managed to stay there for about 10–15 minutes because our eyes were burning so badly.

I know that hotel star ratings in Romania sometimes feel about one star lower compared to other EU countries, but even taking that into account, this hotel deserves a maximum of 2 stars – and even that is being very generous.

For the same amount of money, you can get services that are two levels better in Timișoara.

Pros:

Locația este foarte ok, aproape de centru și cetate. Spa-ul foarte ok. Mi-a plăcut ca piscina este deschisă până la ora 12. Personalul simpatic și amabil. Camera curată.

Cons:

Nu am avut parola de la wifi. Micul dejun nu a fost foarte diversificat. Foarte puține fructe.
